Just behind the building, the complex's community center offers a shared swimming pool, a hot tub, two gas grills, and even a game room complete with both ping pong and pool tables!

The base of Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort is just over five miles away for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy. For those more interested in history, the Mammoth Ski Museum and the Mammoth Museum at the Hayden Cabin are both less than a mile away. Summer golfers can enjoy the greens at Snowcreek Golf Course - it's just over a mile from the condo.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Ski shuttle details: Right in front of complex, the red line will take you to Main lLodge or Village Gondola.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
