Super Cute Beach Studio, large windows, perfect getaway for two!! New Bed and linens, completely updated, new floors, kitchen and appliances. Separate from main house with private entrance and parking. Large Samsung TV with Cable, sports and Dodger channel.
The studio gets a great Ocean Breeze, but we also have installed a Mitsubishi Mini split for air conditioning on Hot days...

Very Cozy and fun you will love it...

The Silver Strand beach is a mile-long stretch that at times seems like a private beach, because there is very little parking in the area...
Great for walking, surfing, and great location to find beach glass.

We Clean and disinfect extensively in accordance with VRBO guidelines.
Linens will be supplied by renter, starting TP, Paper towels, and coffee, Long Term renter will maintain paper goods thereafter.

COVID Changes
We follow social distancing guidelines.
We space bookings with 1 nights between each booking.

Well decorated place, clean, it had everything I need to stay for 10 weeks. Location is 10/10. I loved every minute of my stay here and the hosts are easy to reach if I ever needed anything. I recommend this place to anyone!

Fabulous Experience

This is a great place and I look forward to staying here again! I really enjoyed my time in this space. It had a lovely view of the ocean (a slice) and was well decorated. Peaceful and comfortable. It was also very clean. I communicated with the owners during the reservation and when I first arrived - very responsive and helpful.

Priceless Stay

What an awesome place to stay. My sister and I needed a last minute place to stay while our niece was in hospital. We drove over from Arizona and were so happy to see the inviting home. The beach is so close and wonderful. Watched the surfer, seals and met many wonderful people and their crybabies. The neighborhood is great and everyone so nice and friendly. We will stay here again and tell our friends. You won't be disappointed picking this lovely home.

Silverstrand Paradise

Property was very clean and well maintained. Property owners were very easy to contact and extremely hospitable and helpful. It was a very nice neighborhood and neighbors were nice and helpful with suggestions of places to go and things to see. It had a view of the ocean from the windows and was a short walk to the beach. Overall probably the best place we have stayed anywhere in the country. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Weekend!

We really enjoyed our time at this space. The location was wonderful and the description of the property was accurate. We did not have a need to communicate with the property manager while there, but a number was provided in case we did. We would book this place again. It was a wonderful weekend.

Perfect beach studio space!

Great location for beach access and other day trip adventures to Channel Islands and Santa Monica Mountains. Studio was clean, provided all necessary amenities, and had easy check-in/check-out procedures. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful.

Restful, quiet and super clean haven.

This studio is more spacious than the photos show with a slice view of the ever lovely Pacific Ocean which just down the street with a walk-through access. Super clean, well-furnished, comfy bed and luxurious bath towels. Owners extremely welcoming and very helpful. Very safe area to walk or ride bikes, with a small grocery and yummy Italian restaurant close by (takeout available). Large groceries, etc. a short drive north. And then there’s Ventura nearby, too, with many delightful restaurants and more beach. Beautiful respite!

Weekend Stay

My wife and I got out of the city for a weekend while traveling and this place was perfect for two. The beach was just a few steps away, very clean, and quiet. Donovan was great in providing us with local grocery stores and restaurant suggestions. We highly encourage getting out and traveling up the PCH to Ventura and Santa Barbara, the drive and views were amazing.

Stayed the entire summer... loved it!

I had a summer job in the area and rented this space for the entire summer. It was clean and comfortable. It actually was bigger than I expected. The neighborhood was really quiet and nice, plus the beach was never crowded. Would recommend!

Cozy, Adorable Apartment

Donovan and Gretchen were very gracious hosts. The apartment was comfortable and a very relaxing space to be in. The kitchen area was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We especially liked the proximity to the beach and enjoyed our sunset walks in the sand.

Best Gift I Ever Gave Myself!

I stayed three nights in this beautiful little studio in Silver Strand. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and Gretchen and Donovan were on the property. They were both so incredibly warm and welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable and good about my decision to stay at this particular spot. The next couple of days were absolutely heaven. Because the beach is literally a hop, skip, and jump away (if that), I'd walk on the beach, sit on the beach and read, watch the sunset. I didn't drive much at all, as the kitchen is a lovely one to cook in, with everything you need (except the food, of course). There is a convenience market and a couple of sweet restaurants within walking distance...and if you need a Target or a Ralph's they're a short drive's distance. The light, airy, beach-themed environment of this beautiful apartment was super conducive to meditating, reading, journaling, cooking....just being. It allowed me to breathe and re-center myself from all the chaos of the LA life. I highly recommend this beautiful gem.

Perfect, bright renewal time getaway; great hosts; thoughtfully, well-appointed; great use of space!

I arrived after dark and the hosts left a light on so I'd find my way into this charming, walk-to-the-beach, upstairs getaway. With windows on four sides, and a clean, beachy decor, the feeling is uplifting and renewing. Plenty of spots inside to sit, read, relax. Just what was needed for a pause and renew getaway. The hosts provided thoughtful amenities like beach chairs to make my stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and appliances are fantastic & ideal for extended stay. Hope to be back at some point!
