OCEAN BREEZE BEACH HOME

Ocean Breeze Beach Home was designed to be your perfect vacation rental, conveniently located on "The Silver Strand", near the Channel Islands Harbor, just 15 miles south of Ventura, 30 miles north of Malibu and 45 miles from Santa Barbara in California.
Truly a beach decor, with vivid blues and whites, this four bedroom house is only 400 feet from the beach. The three bottom-floor bedrooms are completely private of one another (2-Q, 1-K). They all have a private bathroom, closet, WIFI, cable TV, hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. Each bottom-floor bedroom has a glass sliding door.
Upstairs leads to the entertainment area and kitchen. The kitchen has complete cooking utensils, dishes for 10 + guests plus a set of four plastic dishes for the children, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, microwave, toaster oven and blender. The large top story is an open floor plan, so you can cook, watch TV, drink at the bar and eat without feeling isolated. Or head out to the outdoor patio to barbecue on a natural gas BBQ or have cocktails during sunset. There is a glass table and chairs and plenty of additional room for mingling and enjoying the ocean breeze.
The Master Suite upstairs supports a complete family with a king bed, bunk beds and a pull-out single. The bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads. This bedroom also has its own cable TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has beds for four (4) couples and three (3) children, Ventura County permit only allows 10 guest.
The Silver Strand Beach has waves that are great for boogie boarding and surfing. The sand is clean and soft for a walk or run. You can kayak, rent an electric boat to cruise the channels, stand up paddle boarding, sport fishing, visit the Channel Islands or just relax on the sand.
Pets are allowed with an additional $50.00 cleaning fee. After playing at the beach, you can clean up with the outdoor hot and cold water shower. Relax around the natural gas fire pit.
There are three (3) parking spaces for guest in front of the house. The garage is off limits to guest. If you have more than three cars, there may be parking available on the side streets.
A mile walk, bike ride, or drive you will find a grocery store, coffee bar and restaurant. Two miles out of Silver Strand, you can drive to a shopping center with a Ralph's market, Starbucks, Manhattan Bagel, I Hop, Toppers Pizza, The Waterside Wine Bar and Restaurant, Ross, plus many more amenities.
