This home has sufficient parking for several cars. Guests do not have access to the garage. Enjoy the serenity from the elevated screened-in front porch with marsh views or on the brand new back deck accessed from the primary bedroom and 2nd guest room. The fenced-in backyard equipped with a private grill and ample seating is the perfect place to BBQ with the whole crew and the lush vegetation provides an oasis-like setting. There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off when coming in from the beach. 615 East Erie allows up to 3 well-behaved flea-treated dogs with prior approval and pet fees. We will need the breed and size of your pet prior to approval.
This house is located on a large lot that runs from the street to street. On the back of the lot are two other cottages also available to rent.
