BEST BEACH HOUSE!!!!

This home is located in the best part of Puerto Penasco. It’s in a gated community that provides 24-hour security and access to the Pool & Jacuzzi. It sleeps nine people comfortably with a large living room area.


You will be able to access a full kitchen, living room, 3 rooms, 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and an outside area. The garage is NOT available. There is enough parking on the premise.The community in called COSTA DIAMANTE its connected to CASA BLANCA. You will first arrive at Casa Blanca in order to get into Costa Diamante.In order to get around you will need a car, taxi or uber but everything is very close from the downtown area. You wont need any transportation to the beach.

Beach beauty

There was a couple reviews that said this was a 4 but it was a solid 10. The location is so perfect. Would definitely stay here again

Costa Diamante is a great location.

Awesome place!

Honestly the pictures don't show just how pretty the house actually is! Everything was super clean and check in and out was really easy. Overall great experience.

Beautiful home

Great location, very safe. House was clean and well stocked. Recommends bringing lawn chairs to watch the sunset from roof patio. Had a coffee maker, full fridge, stove, dishwasher. Cell signal was weak and Wi-Fi was free but very weak. No hair dryer at the house so be sure to pack one. Very easy checkin and out. Would stay again.

Great property

This is a lovely home and location fantastic. Everything was neat and clean. Just know there werent many washcloths if you use those, and the master bedroom was cool enough but the other bedrooms were warm. One of the other bedrooms had a tiny double bed - my friend's feet hung off the end of the bed and he's not 6' tall. They stocked us with soap at the sinks and there were 2 keys available for our party to use. The only 3 issues we had were, water wasn't on when we got there, the lockbox code had been changed and both the listing and the property manager (who was very responsive and helped til we could get in) had the wrong code to it, and some alarm in the garage went off constantly, waking up the people in the spare bedrooms at night. We finally figured out how to turn it off the final night. Overall it was a beautiful place and we would stay there again.

Just so you know before you go...

This home is in a great location and close to the beach. I think it is only 115 steps to the beach from the patio. There were a few issues... there were only 6 plates, 6 coffee cups and not enough silverware or glasses for 9 people. If they say the home can sleep 9 people it should have enough cups, dishes and silverware for 9 people. There was only one bath towel per person and no washer and dryer. We had to use the same towel to shower with all week. When we arrived, the AC was off and the house was hot! It took most of the night to cool the home down. There was no toilet paper, the dishwasher was not working, no additional blankets or pillows. Our 9th person slept on the couch and it would have been great if we had the extra pillows and blankets.

Great location, house needs some TLC

Loved the location and the actual house. Some detailing would make this a much more enjoyable experience. Most of the negatives were noted in other reviews, I mistakenly assumed that they would be resolved. Not the case, so beware. Check In - the code provided was inaccurate. Being out of country with no WiFi or cell service made communicating difficult to get the new code. Alarm sounding in the garage, had to ask how to have it turned off. Could be heard throughout the house. Dishwasher - was not listed in the amenities list but was there and not marked as not working. No detergent for DW. Kitchen sink - did not have hot water. With no DW and no hot water, washing dishes was not a pleasant experience. Beautiful patio and balcony but no patio furniture available to use. Not listed as such but why have a great setting without this? Room labeled as queen bed is a double NOT a queen. No hand towels in any of the 3 bathrooms or place to hang them. Front door drags on the tile floor, very difficult to open. Not enough door mats, only at one exterior door. Being near the beach door mats would keep the floor cleaner. After 4 days the floor was very sandy. None of the basic items to run a house; napkins, enough dishes for a house that sleeps 9, no clean sponge for dishes, hand soap in kitchen, salt & pepper. We purchased all of these items after we arrived. Most VRBO properties have these basics. Overall, if we go back, we will be looking for a different home to rent.

Great property and price!

Great house for large families. Easy access to the beach and pool. Two dining areas and large kitchen. Communication with host was great. She is very responsive and quickly fixes any issues We will definitely be back!

Adorable house & great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute house. Very clean and roomy. Super close to the beach and beautiful view from up on top of the deck. House had everything we needed for our 5 days there. Internet worked great (I had 2 work related video calls.) overall, an excellent stay!

Safe, convenient, fun family getaway!

We stayed with my parents (70s) and our kids (10 and 12). The gated community made it safe and quiet, the beach wasn't crowded and the water perfect temperature. The pool was really well maintained, and short walk from property. We had a slight issue with wifi that the owner fixed immediately. There were tons of fun and family friendly restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Highly recommend Zipline 5 min away, visit Cholla bay at low tide for fun creature digging, and boat ride to Bird Island. Malecon for any and all shopping, and above all, enjoy the pristine beach!

The stay was overall very welcoming. We had private beach access for the family to chill and relax.

The experience all around was very welcoming. Having access to a private beach was the most relaxing for everyone. Loved how the staff and guards handled everything. They were very helpful. We only had one issue with the refrigerator not working. Someone came to check it out and couldn't do anything for us. However, the communication between the person in charge was always available. My family I would definitely stay again there.

Very nice, clean property with beautiful beach

Located in a secure, clean neighborhood with a beautiful beach. Home is large and has excellent access to the beach. The beds are rather hard and the master bedroom has a skylight that you cannot block, so the sun shines directly down on your face at sunrise, making sleeping in impossible. You also cannot flush toilet paper down the toilets like in the larger hotels/condo complexes which I wish I'd known before going so I couldve brought extra trash bags or zip locks for odor control. Finally, if you plan to have guests over during the day, plan ahead with the owner or security will not let them in no matter how hard you try. I still give this rental 5 stars because of the quality of the house, neighborhood and beach, but these are things I wish I'd known before renting so I could've planned ahead better.
