Our 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home, just up the hill from Old Mill, offers a wealth of inside recreation options (billiards, ping pong, air hockey, puzzles, games, TV, wi-fi, books, cooking), while being strategically located so you can enjoy the outdoors, but also all the nearby shops and restaurants.

Perfect for our small group

We were in town for a bowling tournament and the house had everything we needed! There was a ton of space for us to spread out! The beds were a little firmer than we are used to, but they weren't bad.

End of Summer Getaway

Race Stay

Stayed here to participate in the Pacific Crest Half Marathon. The house was perfect for three couples…so clean and comfortable, and perfectly located for everything!

Great house with everything you need

This house was great. It was huge with plenty of room for 4 couples. It was probably the most clean rental we have stayed in. Everyone loved the house and was very happy with how clean and nice it was. Great neighborhood. Definitely stay here again

Wonderful Home!!!

This home was perfect for my family. Everyone was in Bend for my son's wedding. We were all able to visit in this beautiful home. And the house was big enough to allow alone time when needed. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to everything.

Work Conference

We were coming to Bend to attend a conference (5 of us). The house had plenty of space for all of us. Most importantly it was clean!! This is the first time I’ve rented a house that actually looked as good as the pictures. I definitely will be coming back.

Two families

Home has twp master bedrooms. Large living area where both families can interact while playing pool or ping pong, and the others sitting and standing having plenty of room to cheer. Dining area and kitchen big enough to easily accommodate 7 at main table and a bar for another 4 if needed.

Family Get Together in Bend

We stayed at this property while visiting family in Bend. It was the perfect home to have family over for meals during our visit. We had all ages staying in the home and everything the house had to offer accommodated all ages. The spacious backyard was a great addition to the home for the little ones. The neighborhood was really nice, and accessible to the rest the of town and freeway. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need while staying in the home, and for cooking. Plenty of linens, toiletries and bedding for a large group. The homeowner answered my questions promptly prior to our visit, and provided a contact for us while we were there (but it was never needed). The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay at this home again if available when we visit the area next time.

Great place in a great location

The property was a fantastic place to stay. We were lucky that it snowed while we were there. Fortunately, the owners must have seen this coming and shoveled, and salted, the sidewalks every day when we were there. I thought it was adorable that the owners put little sticky notes on things to let you know the house's quirks. For example, there was a note on each of the massive bathtubs telling us that they were so big that they took up all the hot water in the house. Not that we were planning to take a bunch of baths, but it was good to know. There were plenty of rooms for the 6 of us and it had an open floor plan for everyone to have some fun. The pool table with ping pong and table hockey got a lot of play time. The area was perfect for us as we weren't too far from anything. Less than 5 minutes from Old Mill, and getting to the highway was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Layout and Location for Our Family Reunion

We chose Bend for our small family reunion in October and this wonderful home ended up being exactly perfect for our needs! This large, roomy, open-space home had a wonderful master-suite downstairs for one couple and then upstairs three more bedrooms, one with a huge ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and the other two had another bathroom to share. The three upstairs bedrooms all surround a communal entertainment room which we very much enjoyed for movie night, lots of games and fun which would be great for families with children too. The kitchen was well-equipped (only suggestion would be having the knives sharpened as they were very dull even for chopping lettuce ;) ) and the the backyard and deck are dreamy. While it was rainy and cold while visiting, it was also the PERFECT time to enjoy the gorgeous Fall colors especially in that neighborhood. The area is safe, quiet and beautiful - in fact my Dad was checking home prices because he loved it so much. Location to the Old Mill District was wonderful - an easy drive to tons of restaurants, shopping and the movie theater. We were being super careful so we did meals for takeout but, for those, able to enjoy the foodies scene, the choices were abundant, especially for Vegan/Vegetarians. Highly highly recommend this home and the owners were so wonderful about communicating well! The house was spotlessly clean - zero complaints! This home is definitely for those who can do stairs - the stairs to come into the home are fairly steep (though only a few) and coming around the back side is a bit uneven. That along with the stairs to the second floor would not make a great match for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility but for us there was no issue. Couldn't be happier with our stay and would not hesitate to rent again! Thank you so much!!!

We are elementary and middle school teachers. After five years RVing with our children across the Pacific Northwest, we bought our home in Bend and have treasured the choice ever since.

We looked all over Bend for the perfect home for our family. This property stood out as we were able to buy the adjoining lot where we could build a backyard and store our RV; there were two master bedrooms (one up and one down) that would suit our aging visiting parents; and we loved that we could bike down to Old Mill or walk 15 minutes through the neighborhood, drop inner tubes in the Deschutes and float all the way to downtown. Added to these little benefits, deer sometimes roam through the neighborhood, the nearby elementary school became the playground for our kids and the drive up to Mt. Bachelor rarely takes more than 30 minutes.
