Nestled right on the 6th green and 7th tee box of the Woodlands Course, this spacious Sunriver home is a true gem. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an impressive 2,600 sq. ft. of living space, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

Step into a bright, welcoming space where a generous open living area awaits. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are perfectly designed for hosting memorable gatherings. The kitchen, fully equipped for culinary creations, features abundant counter space, a large island, and a breakfast bar that beckons you to start your day with a steaming cup of coffee. With two distinct dining areas, there's always a perfect spot for mealtime. The living room, adorned with a stacked rock fireplace, a large TV, and brand-new furnishings, offers a cozy retreat at the end of an active day of play in Sunriver.

The primary ensuite bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, boasting a new king bed, a TV, and a luxurious private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three, each equipped with queen beds, offer cozy accommodations for guests. A full guest bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two twin bunks ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest, with the home accommodating up to 10 guests.

The back deck is a delightful haven for guests, whether barbecuing, watching wildlife, or soaking in the private hot tub. With the convenience of three adult bikes for exploring Sunriver, this vacation rental home offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

Planning a family reunion? This home, along with our 3 Nine Iron, 7 Nine Iron, and 10 Nine Iron Lane properties, provides ample space to create cherished memories with loved ones.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of bicycle trails to explore. The place has 7 adult bicycles and 6 kids bicycles of various sizes.

Winter Wonderland

This home was perfect for our annual family holiday getaway. We all agree it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great memories were made and we were even lucky enough to enjoy a winter snowfall, built a snowman, and lots of sledding. Perfect, quiet location.

We enjoyed this home very much, it’s spacious and in a perfect location! Relaxed in the hot tub and lounged on the large deck! Loved the wine bar area with wine fridge.

Nice place

Nice home with great walking paths around. Was nice to relax inbtge hot tub. The furniture inbtheblving room was comfortable and was plenty fir ohr group. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Very Roomy House

We enjoyed watching golfers off the back deck and the quiet street for the kids to practice biking. Loved the selection of bikes in the garage. The spacious kitchen was very equipped for our cooking needs!

Perfect house!

This lovely house was perfect for our little family reunion! It was clean.the view of the golf coarse was relaxing. We were able to use the bikes , the ping pong table and the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for much ore. Great time!

Spacious, bright family home

We had a delightful stay here. Ping-pong, hot tub, bicycles were fun for our three generation family visit. Young grandchildren were safe on the low rail-free rear deck. One minor problem was promptly dealt with by the management company. We would definitely return.

Great spot for families visiting Sunriver

We loved this property. Plenty of space for adults and kids and the bikes they provided were a big hit. The hot tub worked great (and was very hot!) The location is a 15 minute bike ride into the town center which was very convenient. As with most properties in this area, they do not provide shampoo or body soap in the showers which I had to go out an buy. For the price of the house, it would be a nice touch for those things to be included.

Beautiful, clean home.

I would have given this home a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for the master bed. It channeled on both mine and my husband's side. We had shoulder and neck aches from it. If they get a better master bed, we would totally rent this again!

Large one-story home on the Woodlands golf course

This home is perfect for a large group, particularly with 4 beds (2 sets of bunk beds) in one of the 4 bedrooms. Nice, large living room with plenty of seating for everyone. The house backs up to the Woodlands golf course which provided a fun setting for afternoon cocktails. We had a few issues - the microwave broke and the ice maker on the fridge stopped working. Bennington brought us a stand-alone microwave, and a bag of ice and a couple of ice trays. They will need to spend some time fixing both these appliances before the next visitors arrive. All in all, it is a very nice home. It has quite a few bikes that are in good condition, and a ping pong table which is a requirement for our group :). Would definitely recommend it for a large group.

Nice, large home

This home is very nice, very spacious with a very stocked huge kitchen and a large deck that overlooks the golf course. Our biggest complaint involves the bed in the master bedroom. The right side of the bed slopes down about 4 inches from the middle of the bed. Every time I rolled over I felt like I was going to roll out of bed. The bed is also very hard. For such a nice home you would think that they could spring for a new mattress. Also, we could not get the front door keypad to work other than the first day (and that took a good ten minutes) so we just left the house open. We would keep trying to get the keypad to turn on so that we could put in the code and we could not get it to turn on.

The GOOD and the BAD

Best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a unit, worst king bed in a master suite. Easily accommodated our band of 9. Noisy internally with water and fan noises easily heard throughout the house. Garage fridge froze our vegetables (too cold and didn’t seem to be adjustable). A varied mix of blinds, although all were operative and covered the windows. Living room table had a glass top that was unsafe, would tend to tip over if leaned on. Since you are on the golf course, early morning fairway and green crews could be heard before we were out of bed (6:30?). Far away from any facilities. Probably 10+ adequate bikes in many sizes, which if accurately described on the listing (said 3 bikes) would have eliminated the need to bring our own bikes. Got to the edge of two warm in high 80s weather, but cooled off nicely at night.

Perfect home for a perfect vacation!!

This was a perfect vacation rental for the size of family we have. The house was clean and refreshed and teady for us. Hot tub was great after an afternoon of activities to rest the bones. BBQ was great. We used several times. Sinriver was doing a lot of road work so we got lost the very first night. Butafter we figured how to avoid road work we were fine. A few maintenance issues need to be checked out...dishwasher dispencer of soap did not work sometimes. Exterior window in masterbath latch is broke and wouldnt latch to lock. Other than a few minor maintenance things it was a wonderful stay and the highlight for the young ones was seeing the family of deer walk thru the back yatd. It was well worth the money and we had a wonderful time.

Lovely house for a group getaway

Lovely big house. We enjoyed the quiet of the backyard facing the golf course. There was a bunch of different size bikes in the garage that the kids enjoyed. It was about a 17 minute bike ride to the village. The hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day. The only downside was the house not having AC which we were aware of. The house had three 4 floor fans, 3 of which were a bit noisy to keep running on all night. Thankfully our second night was bit cooler so we could switch them off for the night. Also the bathrooms in the house didn’t have locks so that was a bit inconvenient for privacy. But overall the houses big and lovely, just as in the pictures, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great views and comfortable house !

The view of the golf course was spectacular. It was covered in snow and very peaceful. The house has tons of room and has almost 3 completely spectate living quarters. Perfect for 3 couples or a couple families.

Needs a little TLC

Loved the layout of the house especially for a family with kids, however the house could use a little bit of love. For instance, the couch has holes in the tops of the cushions, broken hand mixer which would of been nice to have since we were there on Thx Giving, hot tub cover was broken and in the water (made it very heavy to lift) styrofoam was all over inside the hot tub, there was a huge hole in the curtain in master bedroom that looks out over the deck, there was no pull out bed like the listing had entailed unless I read it wrong. I would suggest getting more seating for the living room for that size of house too. It was nice being on the golf course, seeing all the snow and using the big fire place. A little TLC would do this house some good.

Lovely property, Management company challenging

Location and amenities of the house were perfect for what we needed. Sunriver was lovely. The challenge we had was communication with the management company. They only offer the ability to text, no direct line to speak to anyone. Call their office, and it rings and rings. We had approached them weeks in advance to let them know that we would really appreciate an early check in, if possible, because we were traveling with a 1 yo. They told us to check the day prior, which was stressful as parents to plan around. So we waited. Then, texting began the day before and the entire time they made it seem like there was hope that we could get in early - but gave no details at all. For example, if they had provided context like...cleaning begins at X o’clock and typically takes X hours, then we can get you in. Also, they only had one cleaning person for the entire house. We got to the house earlier than check in and had to sit outside for almost 2 hours waiting. This could’ve been avoided with better communication and planning. Why not try to help families if you can? Wouldn’t that improve our experience and make us want to sing your praises? It would have been better if they just said “absolutely cannot help you get in early because of XYC, very sorry”. I would not have loved that response but at least my expectations would’ve been managed. On top of that, I double checked in advanced to make sure there was an iron because we had an event to go to, and they said yes there was one. When we got there, no iron. Texted them, and they basically answered with, “oh sorry, we don’t have any to loan to you.” I was shocked. Too much stress.

Great place to vacation with family

We really enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. The house had all the amenities for cooking meals and relaxing and is really well laid out so everyone can have there own space. Most mornings we would wake up to deer having breakfast in the back yard. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Fun with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our rental during our four day stay. The place was very well equipped with all the essential utensils, cooking implements and was welcoming when we arrived- hot tub was hot- home was warm and there were plenty of towels - only issue is that the master bed was a bit uncomfortable (too soft) but that's a small criticism for an otherwise excellent home. Our cousins stayed nearby and we were able to have large family meals all together at 17 Nine Iron. Despite the uncomfortable master and bunk beds- perhaps less spongy pillows would be a good addition. Location- far away from action was perfect for snowshoeing on the golf course. Loved the fireplace and living area and games available-
