Cozy means small
Remember if property is advertised as "cozy" this means "small" in advertspeak. But in this case, I think, it is big enough for 2 persons. It is a one bedroom apartment.
Cons:
no dishwasher,
3rd floor of the open air walkup apartment building (so if you, like me, are from low flat lands you will feel it).
patches of mold in the bathroom (this was mentioned by other guests, apparently no action by the host)
bed mattress is not great
parking can be iffy - no reserved parking for the appartment.
for me it was a first - they requested me to upload a picture of my Driver's License (or passport would do). I did not like that at all. I uploaded the picture of the DL but I grayed out all PII data. I have no idea how they store/dispoise of these data. I have been renting in the area since 2010 - never had to do it.
Pros:
Location is good - Adams & Harris. Not too close (would have cost more) and not too far. Walking distance from Quicksilver superchair lift to peak 9.
Properly provisioned (in terms of pots&pans cutlery etc.)
Walls are thin, but neighbours were quiet.
Communication is good.
Summary: this property would have been fantastic value if they installed dishwasher.
