Luxury corner 9th floor Unit, elegantly decorated. 3BR 3Bath 2426 SF total living space (including balcony). Compare with interior units at 1964 SF interiors.

2 King Beds, 2 Full Beds. Great place to spend the winter. Master opens to private balcony overlooking ocean. Sanibel is an 11 story development with only 65 units. This unit is constantly updated and includes all new floors, counter-tops, kitchen cabinets and tile backsplash. All new interior and outdoor furniture. Master suite with large walk-in closet and elegant master bath.

Very quiet at end of drive on beach. Away from traffic and hustle bustle of Daytona Beach, but easy 15 min drive to shopping, etc.

Come experience luxury living in our vacation home.

Video surveillance in use for security purposes ONLY for the area OUTSIDE of the unit entrance door.

Our Happy Place

Long time visitors to Daytona. We started staying at the Sanibel went it first opened. We loved Unit 905. The extra space and views from the corner unit are fabulous. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to next year.

Perfection

Very spacious, extremely well decorated with top of the line designer furnishings. A superior corner unit with south east exposure provides beautiful ocean and Halifax river views. The side windows provide much more light and views than an interior unit. Ocean views from living, dining and master bedroom. Absolutely every possible item for kitchen, bathroom and general living is provided. We have rented in many countries from VRBO and Cathy is the premier communicator. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing condo with spectacular views.

The condo was amazing with the most amazing views!! We have stayed at another condo in this building on the 6th floor and in the middle, but let me just say that 3 floors up and the end make a huge difference. We stayed during the Fourth of July and you could see fireworks for miles. The decor is timeless. The condo is well stocked if you want to cook meals in. I loved that there was two sets of silverware because I find myself washing dishes at other places all the time and running out of silverware. I also loved that the owner provides a drying rack in the laundry room for clothes that I don't like to dry. My communication with the owner is 5 star. She is great and quick to respond. I highly recommend!! I have already booked my families next stay.

Perfect vacation stay at this lovely beach condo! We are a family of 6 and we enjoyed the spacious layout. The location on the beach was perfect and the 9th floor view was spectacular! The condo was well-equipped with items such as hair dryers, coffee makers, clothes hangers, beach towels, and even a beach umbrella and chairs. There are several very nice televisions in various rooms to accommodate different viewing audiences, as well as a basket of current movies to choose from! My husband and I enjoyed the building work-out room on the first floor; it had an elliptical, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and weights. the large pool is shaded much of the day and there is a hot tub spa also to enjoy. The area is very nice. There are many restaurants in the area, as well as putt-putt golf and a water park down by the Boardwalk. We liked the relatively close proximity to the theme parks in Orlando and we took a road trip one day to go to Universal Studios and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be staying here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 905, the unit was just as described. Extremely clean and updated. The view and beach was excellent. Cathy was very friendly and communicated with us well, couldn’t have asked for an easier process.

Absolutely stunning!

Such a gorgeous property with a stunning view. The condo is exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated, spacious and completely equipped with everything you need right down to the beach chairs and umbrella! Cathy was incredibly helpful with anything you needed. We can’t wait to return next year!

Stunning Beach Getaway!

Cathy's unit is even better in person! Everything was clean and organized. The unit had any and everything you could need as far as kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The unit is absolutely stunning and we felt like the location was perfect for our family of 6. As stated its at the end of the drive on beach so you have the option of where to set up for the day. Quieter area with everything still very close by. Cathy was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to coming back!

Simply fantastic!

The owner made the process incredibly easy. The property is beautiful. It appeared to be brand new. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The setting is quiet and serene directly in the beach. This was honestly the most relaxing vacation I have ever had.

UNBELIVEABLE condo !

I have to say , I’ve stayed in a lot of different places , and I can’t say enough about this condo . It was absolutly emacilate ! I was actually shocked at how big it was when I arrived . The pictures looked awesome but didn’t even do it justice . Cathy was so responsive and there to answer any questions I had . I loved that all of the rooms offered TV with either cable or Netflix , this was great for my almost 6 year old ! The balcony views were AWESOME ! We got to see whales and dolphins almost daily !! I will definatly be back to rent this condo again !!!!

Awesome Family Retreat!

The 3 bedroom condo was better than advertised, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is right at the point where the car traffic ends so you have a long quiet beach to relax and walk. The condo was very spacious. We had 6 adults, and spent 7 days together and never felt cramped. The kitchen is full sized and had everything we needed. Added bonus was a storage locker filled with everything we needed to for a day at the beach , including 6 great Tommy Bahama beach chairs that had great cup holders built in! The owner Cathy, provided great instructions an even labeled the switches to make learning the ropes that much easier. The master bedroom was amazing, and waking up every morning to the sunrise off of the balcony could not have been better. WiFi was very good, as we had at one point over 10 devices on it with no complaints. I hope we can book this condo again, truly the best experience I have ever had on VRBO. Thanks Cathy!

Always Fabulous!

This condo is always fabulous, year after year. There are always new surprises from upgraded appliances to changes in décor. The condo is beautiful yet comfortable and provides everything you could need for a wonderful beach vacation!

Perfect Vacation Condo

Another repeat visit to this wonderful condo. After several years it remains in great shape with new updates found each year. The owners are very attentive and make every effort to ensure a fabulous vacation is enjoyed. If you need for anything or find something requiring repair, the owners will take care of it immediately. The tranquil setting, beautiful views, and endless waves all work together to create a fantastic vacation!

OCEANFRONT HEAVEN

We haven't written a review on this absolute "peace of heaven" for the last two years because we were selfish and wanted to keep it to ourselves but this year's visit was so amazing, especially for me, that I had to give props to Cathy & Leigh for their beautiful beach home. From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. It is elegant but also so incredibly comfortable. The view is divine and the atmosphere is peaceful unlike properties closer to downtown Daytona. My husband and I had decided to leave Daytona all together until we found paradise here in Daytona Shores. Cathy & Leigh are wonderful to deal with and check-in/check-out is seamless and a pleasure. This property is most certainly a step above! PLEASE don't rent here unless you are prepared to treat our "Peace of Heaven" with the utmost care and respect for we plan to return every chance we get.

Another Wonderful Vacation!

We have spent our vacations in this unit for the last 3 years and have 2 more trips booked! We continue to find this condo in excellent condition with very clean and comfortable accommodations, updates provided as needed, and owners that are dedicated to making certain your stay is enjoyable. Not only is this our favorite beach but this unit in Sanibel is our first choice for our beach vacations.

Perfect "Get-away"

I first came to Daytona in the 70's as a teenager and even after to travelling to many southern vacation spots, will always choose this beach as my favourite. We introduced our 3 kids to the beach here in the 90's and they feel the same way. We always drive and the under ground parking is convenient especially on arrival with excess baggage, grocery bags etc. The spaciousness is more than I had imagined, and I liked the fact that you can see the ocean from all the bedrooms, kitchen, LR and DR. It truly was our most comfortable stay at Daytona. All correspondence was very timely and and arrangements for entry and departure were easy. We love the decor and most of all, the comfortable beds and pillows. Portofino Restaurant just slightly north on S. Atlantic is always our favourite place to eat. Put in a special request for waitress- Dorothy, and you will not be disappointed. Chicken Marsala is my fav. The pool and beach are clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the beach equip. too! We highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous Condo

What a fabulous vacation in an absolutely gorgeous condo! The furnishings are exquisite but very comfortable as well. This unit is very well appointed with everything you could need provided including hair dryers and beach towels! The views are amazing and the location perfect. After many years at other condos on this same beach, we have found our perfect vacation spot and have already booked for next year! Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach home with us.

Hope you like our second home at the beach! We have vacationed at Daytona Beach Shores for the last 20+ years and were so excited to find a place of our own on the ocean. This condo is right across the street where we have been staying every summer since growing up. We live in Atlanta with our 4 children. Cathy has been meticulously painting the condo, decorating with her usual classic taste and style. The ocean view there is wonderful and there is so much to do within a 10-15 min drive for the whole family.

Corner Unit 9th floor. Its all about the views! Direct ocean front balcony views from Master and Den. In addition, unobstructed Southeastern side views down the beach all the way to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse . Inside is designed for enjoyment as well. WiFi with BluRay and 55 inch plasma flat screen. Sunrise coffee on the balcony. Evenings in the hot tub. Wide variety of local restaurants and fine dining.
