Panoramic Gulf views, gulf front heated community pool (November through March), and coastal chic interiors are only a few outstanding amenities that make our Gulf Front condo an incredible vacation spot. Located in the gated Monterey Community on the Gulf Side of 30A, this condo is close to Alys Beach, The Hub, shopping, and dining.

Beach chair rentals available March through October. Avoid rows and rows of chair rentals on this private community beach. You are always Front Row when you stay here!

Area Construction - the building elevator is currently being upgraded as of December 11, 2025 and it will not be available for guest use until late January. Stairs are available take you to the 3rd floor unit.

ProParking goodGate Bike rack elevator balcony Con Internet horrible. that is why we gave four stars. we alerted property manager about no internet on day one and tech guy came promptly and told us he can’t fix. it’s a problem w the entire complex. we could not watch any tv in master bedroom bc internet. no sports no playoffs. you can’t advertise condo w multiple tvs and people can’t watch tv. we talked to another condo in building and they paid best buy to come and upgrade each room. We liked sofa on balcony but might need to replace cushions in a few months. Dishwasher requires you to really wash off dishes and that’s ok w us. Washer really good. Beds comfortable and liked many white towels. Enjoyed heated pool

Great property and value.

Pros: Perfect location a short bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo is quite roomy and has everything needed for a great stay. Amazing views up and down the beach; sunrise and sunset. Great value compared to other properties nearby. Cons: Very comfortable but somewhat dated. Could use some sprucing up and fresh paint. The porch doors really need to be replaced as well as a few windows and broken blinds.Also recommend a refresh of the cooking utensils. Having said all that we had a great time and will return.

Fall beach

This condo is in a great location. We were there in the fall so the beach was empty. The view was wonderful and the condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was very well equipped.

70th Birthday

My aunt, my mom's best friend, and I brought my mom here to celebrate her 70th Birthday. We had a wonderful time! The Condo was perfect! Well appointed, great layout, and THE VIEW! Amazing.

Fun on the beach

The property was beautiful, neat and clean. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee and drinks. We’d rented a golf cart which was fun but this property isn’t close to anything, so it took a while to get there. We had to use luft to take us places. Also, some beach area towns don’t let golf carts part, so get a car.

The Perfect Beach Trip

Our family gathered from to celebrate birthdays and our daughter’s residency completion. The gulf views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing, the sugar sand beach was beautiful and spacious, and the gulf waters were crystal clear. The open kitchen, dining and living area was the perfect space to gather after spending long days on the beach. The kitchen was well organized and equipped., the condo beautifully decorated and its location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach was convenient to shopping and dining options. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

Found cockroaches throughout the house and a broken freezer

We found multiple cockroaches and let the host know. They did say they’d send and exterminator but who wants an exterminator while on vacation? I have pictures of them in the living room and in the bathroom. The worst part is that we found them IN OUR SUITCASES just now when we got home ready to unpack. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Second the freezer was broken throughout our whole trip, so there’s nowhere to store ice, ice cream, or meats. They brought 4 bags of ice one day but what’s that going to do for our week long stay? The “repair” man did come, but left the kitchen a mess with water everywhere, and the freezer STILL broken. We’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years because of its location, but we will definitely be looking for another place after our poor experience here and I advise you to do the same.

The kitchen was well equipped except there were no hot pads. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken but a tabletop ice maker was provided. The towel supply provided did not include bath mats.

Great stay in 30A

I usually don’t leave reviews especially on places I like because I selfishly don’t want people to know about them. 😁 but we had read some less than favorable reviews and wanted to give our opinion because we couldn’t figure out why? And figured the owners deserved this review. What a beautiful condo in a more beautiful setting on the beach. The property was just as represented. Delightfully decorated. Clean. Well appointed kitchen including the fun ice maker on the counter. Comfortable beds and nice linens. And to have the door of the master bedroom to view and hear the ocean was heavenly. We were “stuck” inside with a couple of rainy days but didn’t mind because of how lovely the condo was. Forced us to be still and relax. CommunicAtion with Richard was quick and responsive from the beginning. Love this area. Bustling 30A but the condo was away from most of it The beach was not crowded. I would book again ! One last thing. The beach roars so loud here you forget about the rest of the noise in your mind and the world ! ❤️

We Loved It!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five loved the condo. Excellent outside seating and views of the ocean. Beach was not packed and the chair service company (right outside the condo) were great to work with. Walk from condo to beach or pool was less than a minute or two (right out your door). More than enough space for our family. Appreciate the ability to walk to Alys (~1 mile) and Rosemary (~2 miles) every morning. Close to The Big Chill / The Hub (we loved Duos restaurant) and other areas of 30A. Rental company was also great to work - sent us many ideas for what to do in the area and were always quick to respond.
