Fully Remodeled Family-Friendly 1st Flr Villa / Walk to Beach / Fully Furnished

Our family-friendly vacation villa is located in Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club was fully remodeled in the fall of 2023.

A desirable first-floor villa is just a few steps away from the pool and clubhouse, a 7-minute walk to Folly Field Beach, and a short drive to nearby restaurants and shopping.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout offers all the amenities of a home including a fully furnished kitchen and all your bed linens and bath towels.

A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa which features a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin mattresses and one full mattress and an adjacent full guest bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa bed is located in the living room.

The dining room table accommodates four with an adjacent peninsula with two bar stools. A sofa and a love seat in the family room provide seating for all to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the links.

The villa is furnished with a washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs w/cable, WiFi/high-speed internet.

We also have a covered patio that offers additional seating and a storage box full of little extras for your enjoyment - beach chairs, a beach cart, and a beach umbrella.

The security-patrolled, gated community of Fiddler's Cove is a 23-acre resort that offers two large pools (both heated Mar-Apr & Oct-Nov), a hot tub, outdoor grilling areas with picnic tables, bike racks, 2 playgrounds, and a small lagoon. Included with your rental is unlimited use of Fiddler Coveā€™s 4 Har-Tru clay tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts, two indoor racquetball courts, and a fitness room with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical machine.

The pristine sand of Folly Field Beach is just a 7-minute walk. Folly Field Beach features a boardwalk and beach walk, public restrooms, meter parking, and beautiful sunrises.

Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a first-class vacation; 25 championship golf courses, miles of beaches, charming yacht harbors, and world-class fishing! Go kayaking, take a dolphin tour, or shop at either of the two Tanger Outlets or local novelty stores. Pick up the bike trail right at Folly Field and peddle your way around the scenic island. At the end of a fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining restaurants or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the villa. Then return to the beach to fly a kite or take a late-night stroll.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* 100% refund of all deposits paid if canceled 60 days before arrival date.
* 50% refund if cancellation is made 30 days before arrival date.
* For cancellations less than 30 days of arrival, the deposits paid are forfeited, unless the villa can be rented at the full rate.

Fantastic place for a family!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!Our favorite part was the short walk to the nearby beach. The provided cart and beach umbrella were great.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

Amazing birthday/vacation get away

The villa was amazing. It was well set up, it is well maintained. The villa was stocked with just about everything a person would have within there own home. Our time spent in this villa was well worth the cost to stay. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool that was literally 10 steps from the entry door into the villa. The beach was just a hop skip and a jump away and was also private. We will revisit this villa on another vacation in the future.

Awesome 1st floor condo for family

Enjoyed the large washer, dryer, and well-stocked kitchen. You canā€™t beat the location that is literally steps (20 ft?) from the front door to the pool. Loved the ease of loading/unloading from a ground floor condo. Hosts were excellent communicators and even checked in with us the week before to ensure and easy arrival. Hope to stay again! Thank you!!!

Family Friendly Villa

The owners thoughtfully decorated the villa to give it a real beach house feel. It is located close to the little pool at the complex and is a short walk to the beach. The air conditioning works very well at the villa and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to get you by for your stay. The owners are very easy to contact and their responses are always prompt. Overall, if you're looking for a nice place to stay on Hilton Head Island you can't go wrong here.

An outstanding family vacation villa!

This first floor villa was amazing! Only 10 steps to the pool and club house and only a 5-7 minute walk to Folly Field Beach. There are 17 golf courses on the Island and 10 Har Tru tennis courts at Fiddler's Cove. Hilton Head Island has again been voted "The Best USA Island" to visit. This villa was very clean, free wifi, close to several restaurants, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, the dining room accompanied six persons, and outdoor grills were nearby. Outstanding vacation and the Dianas were great to work with. Highly recommend 8B for your next vacation!

Betsy and I grew up and live in Cincinnati. She's a graduate of Bowling Green State University and I'm a graduate of Gannon University. We have 3 wonderful children. One is a senior at the University of Kentucky, one is a freshman at Bluffton University and our daughter is a junior in high school.

We purchased this villa from Betsy's parents. We've been vacationing here for the past 20 years with our family. We love the location, especially the fact that it's steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. So when her parents decided to sell, we just knew we had to keep it in the family. We want our kids to have a place that they can create memories with their families just like we did.
