Look no further...this lovely two bedroom, one and one-half (1 1/2) bath townhome is the perfect rental for all of your vacation needs. This townhome has been updated with new beautiful flooring and full master bath remodel. A fully equipped kitchen including ceramic tile, crown molding, ceiling fans, granite countertops, and attractive furnishings. To guarantee your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a chiropractic king-size mattress, Roku TV in Master Bedroom, cable TV on first floor. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful and is equipped with two twin beds. Additional comfort lies ahead on the patio chairs or at one of the two courtyard pools. Parents with small children are sure to love the children's pool alone. MUST BE 30 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT & PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Less than a five minute walk to the sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island...don't miss out!

The Villa is very, very nice and very quiet a wonderful place just to relax. we enjoyed walking to the beach less than five minutes. Restaurants and shopping less than 10 minutes walking.Just a wonderful area!!I would also like to mention the host to this Villa is wonderful and very attentive to any questions or needs that you may have.Would stay here again.

Great location but older property. The master bed needs replacing as it was very hard. Maybe just a bed update to resemble hotel bedding. You might want to take your own towels and face cloths. Other than that it’s fine.

Absolutely a beautiful home and so convenient to the beach. Only a 4 minute walk and also close to all the shops! The host was amazing and super fast to respond to any question. 100% recommend!

A month in paradise

The property was amazingly convenient and well appointed. We feel the price was very reasonable and that Rosanna was an incredibly responsive host. We would gladly stay there again, and suggest our friends and family is this condo when we visit in Hilton head.

Great Location with Updated Bathroom

We stayed here a couple years ago and made a return trip again this year. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom upstairs had been renovated. It was a great visit again and we even got to use the pool this year. Would return.

Great location

Great location. only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes car ride to the supermarket and variety of restaurants. Communication with Rosanna was excellent. She answered all of our questions promptly.

Clean condo walking distance from the beach and shops

Everything was great and the Condo was comfortable. Only issue was a faulty heating coil in the dryer which was no fault of the owner. She responded quickly with repair phone number even though she was in vacation as well! Excellent stay and prime location!!!

Some what dated but kitchen has all you need. Table seats 6 comfortably. The bathroom new and excellent shower. Master bed very comfortable. Twin beds in second bedroom.this is a townhouse but stairs for us in 80s no problem

Great location

Very easy check in with keys mailed to me. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Out the back door to the pool. Older complex so electrical outlets are less numerous making charging multiple devices a bit tricky. Very well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach!

The condo provided everything we needed, it was well decorated and everything was updated. The pool was great. The only thing I would have to stay is to warn renters when the pest control people are coming. They knocked and immediately unlocked the door and entered before we could open the door/ even walk to the door. It would just be nice to be prepared for someone coming and having keys to come in. Overall, we loved the condo and Hilton Head, we would definitely come back.

Thank you for the great review! I have been in touch with the pest inspection company and asked that they provide a tenant with sufficient time to answer the door. That aside, so glad you enjoyed your stay with us!

Meh. Dirty, but short walk to the beach

The condo is a short walk to the beach and has all the basic needs. However: The microwave door was tapped together at the bottom with packing tape. Still functioned. Fridge took a long time get cold. House was not cleaned well when we checked in. The floor was very dirty and the blankets and pillowcases smelled. We cleaned the floors and washed all the linens before we unpacked. When we arrived we had emailed the host at 3pm because we went to the wrong place. (Our error) Host responded at 9pm. By then, We figured out we put in the wrong address, arrived, and had re-cleaned the entire condo. Check out time is at 10. Be mindful, you’ll get charged a fee if you’re even a few minutes late! We were running a little late leaving as my daughter wasn’t feeling well. The young man cleaning arrived right at 10. We invited him in and he started upstairs while we finished loading the car. We left around 10:30 and got charged a $50 fee. We were also charged a fee for garbage disposal(?) but wife ran the disposal the night before and washed all remaining dishes right before we left and the water drained no issues. You’re mailed keys and a parking pass, and it is requested keys be sent back in a pre stamped envelope provided. This process would’ve been fine, BUT we did not receive a return mailing envelope in the packet to send the keys back. We are going to have to reach out to host about that. We stay in Hilton Head every year but it is unlikely we will return to this condo.

It is with disappointment that I read your review. We have a cleaning company whose name and phone number is provided to all tenants. If there was a cleanliness issue, as stated in the agreement, the cleaning company should have been contacted to remedy. We've never had an issue before your departure took place. For example, a repairman had to be called in to fix the garbage disposal where a large rag was lodged in the disposal and the disposal was broken as per the tenant who arrived immediately after and per the repairman. In addition, children were permitted to play and draw using crayons in our newly renovated shower, which was reported to me by the cleaning company after your stay. The $50 late fee is not my charge, but rather the Cleaning Company. All tenants are made aware that the unit departure time is 10 a.m. Unless a special request is made in advance, I am unable to alter the cleaning company's schedule. Just to note, the damage caused during your stay exceeded the security deposit that is requested during booking. All tenants are provided my direct number for any assistance whatsoever. I very much welcome your suggestion to stay elsewhere for the rest of your Hilton Head visits.

Great value for the price - Needs a thorough deep cleaning.

Our family of six chose this condo based on the price and location for our yearly trip to HHI. Let me start by saying the location of this condo is fantastic. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. The pool on sight is clean and spacious with a great shaded area. There is a good sized kiddie pool that our little ones loved. The owner, Rosanna, is very easy to work with and an excellent communicator. She was even able to get our check in time moved up a little earlier so that our baby wouldn't have to miss his afternoon nap. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The condo is definitely bigger than the images make it seem. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our four children. Bath towels and linens were provided and plentiful. The one issue that we had with the condo was cleanliness. There was a musty odor upon entry to the condo. It just didn't smell fresh and clean compared to others we have stayed in. The decor is dated but this wasn't a big deal to us as we were only spending a portion of our time at the condo and mainly out and about. There were multiple dishes that weren't quite clean with dried debris on them. The same applies for several of the pots and pans. The trashcan lid in the kitchen was broken and continually fell off all week. We needed several extra pillows for our children and a couple of the ones that we pulled from the upstairs closets had men's facial hair on them. There were also hairs in the extra linens in the closets. Several of the vents around the condo have what appears to be mold on the inside of them upon close inspection. The door by the washer and dryer was covered in a thick layer of dust implying it has not been wiped down in quite some time. Several of the lamps around the condo did not work. There is also a significant difference in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs. We found the downstairs to be freezing while the upstairs was very warm. Overall, I do believe the value of this condo is great. We would stay here again but only if the hired cleaning company were to come in and do an overhaul and DEEP clean of the entire property. Again, the owner was easy to work with and the location of the property is wonderful. I just believe that the hired cleaning company and regular maintenance of this property is lacking and could use improvement. Despite the issues, we had a lovely vacation together as a family.

Hi and thank you for the much desired feedback. As you can imagine, it is difficult to look after your property when you live hundreds of miles away. That being said, I have notified the cleaning company and am awaiting their input. I will work with them to put a plan of action items together that should remedy most, if not all, of the issues. The one thing I do know to be true is that there continues to be a shortage of workers in the travel and hospitality industry that is affecting HHI.. Great Stay Close to Beach and Coligny

The townhome was very comfortable and close to the beach. We loved that the complex was quiet and the parking spot was in front of the unit. The pool and area was clean and looked well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans. We will return.

Family Beach Vacation

Communication with owner was good. Location is great. Walk down side street, cross main street, and take boardwalk straight to beach. Distance to the pool was perfect. Townhome was clean. Floors nice and updated. Bathrooms (not pictured) were in good shape. Kitchen is overstocked with plates, cups, etc. WiFi and tv were a nice touch. Right near Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Property has bike racks less than 50 yards from front door.
