Poolside Paradise is truly a Southern Utah Paradise for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village complex, there is relaxation and adventure everywhere you look. This complex is the perfect place to host your family, friends, or business retreat, giving you and your guests many opportunities to explore amazing Southern Utah. With many National and State Parks to explore, a pool to lounge next to, and many at-home amenities, Poolside Paradise will quickly become your personal paradise!

Poolside Paradise is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 & 2 ½ bath home that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests or up to 20 guests with the assistance of 3 queen air mattresses. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging next to Paradise Village's resort-style pool or swimming at their waterpark! Take off for a day trip to one of the National or State parks within a close drive to explore the beauty Southern Utah has to offer. Back at home, challenge each other to ping pong, foosball, and Nintendo switch tournaments. Evenings will quickly become your favorite time of day as you lounge in the hammock on the balcony while watching the sunset over the desert mountains! Grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a cozy movie night, with two living rooms, each with a Smart TV, everyone will be able to find a movie they can enjoy! Whether you are adventuring through Southern Utah, lounging poolside, or competing in a ping pong tournament, you will find your own personal paradise at Poolside Paradise!

Great getaway for the family!

Our family had a great stay! The house was very clean, had plenty of linens including pool towels. Beautiful location in Santa Clara. Harmons grocery store is around the corner as well as other food and snack options. The pools in the community were so fun for our kids. We will stay here again!

Beautiful House

The property was exactly as described in the listing and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable as well as the dining chairs. We were able to utilize the bbq grill and had a great time. We will be back next year.

Perfect place

This house was the perfect set up for us! There is so much space, lots of games and toys and even a hidden little play closet and arcade games that weren’t shown on the listing. We had so much time here and the pools are so much fun. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the unit… it was clean on the surface but there were crumbs, old socks, old water bottles, Broken puzzles, q tips and other garbage underneath the beds and couches and even in the couch. Not ideal to come to a unit looking like that but we spoke with management and they were very inderstanding and helpful. This place really was great and close to snow canyon and most things we needed so it was perfect! We hope to be back again!

Thank you very much for letting us stay in your home! We had a really great time. We would recommend this location to anyone we know that is looking for a stay in St George. One piece of feedback is the master bedroom on the first floor has a ceiling fan that needs some electrical work. The whole weekend we could not get it to work right. The only setting that would work was full blast with the light flickering and the fan wobbling like it was about to fall down haha. On the topic of airflow, the main areas both up and downstairs stayed very cool but all the bedrooms were pretty stuffy. Might be worth having someone come out and try to balance out the airflow. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time! Thank you.

It was an awesome house

We absolutely loved the house it was in a great location and will definitely stay there again. The only thing is it wasn’t very clean.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and wonderful amenities. Thank you! Side note: we noticed one of the bathrooms upstairs was not flushing or refilling the tank. You'll want to get it checked out. But everything else was great!

A favorite!

We have stayed in many properties in paradise village. This one was one of our favorites! It is very spacious—a must for our family of 9. This is great for two or three small families or 1 large family. We loved the proximity to the pool. The living spaces were very comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze! Our family would love to stay here again.

Great spot but not clean

We were impressed upon arrival of the property. During our stay we realized the the home was surface clean, but lots of spots have been overlooked. The bathroom mats were not clean, the walls were filthy, some of the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned, the showers had lots of soap scum. We found food under the ottoman and couches on the first level, fingernails under other couches upstairs. We weren’t left enough kitchen garbage bags so had to make do with grocery sacks we had. The kitchen was stocked with lots of appliances in varying conditions. Some usable, some just barely. The kitchen drawers and cabinets hadn’t been wiped or vacuumed out in quite some time. The bedding was interspersed throughout the house randomly and not labeled. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time and we had to put out a grease fire just after lighting it. The proximity to the pool is awesome but at night, no one enforces the pool closure at 11:00 pm so kids were screaming and playing well after midnight and we could hear it quite well. We loved how large the house was and comfortably fit 2 families of 6. The tvs in the home worked great and we enjoyed that they were already signed into some streaming services. Overall we loved our vacation here but were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home.

Good location, fun house!

The house was as described, clean and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and the foosball and ping pong tables were fun and there was easy access to the pools. The only downsides to this house were that the wifi was extremely slow and cell service wasn't good, so using the internet was a bit cumbersome. Also, the air intake vent in the entryway, near the master bedroom and living room, is extremely loud, so it was disturbing to sleep in the downstairs bedroom and watch TV downstairs, but upstairs was quiet. Red Sands was great to work with, communicated information well and I'd rent with them again.

The dryer door won't close so you can't dry clothes. The kitchen floor was filthy when we got there. It was probably swept, not mopped. The house was dusty- nightstands, counters, end tables,etc. Dead cockroaches in various places in the house. The refrigerator is missing a big shelf and shelves in the door. Makes it very hard to use. The kitchen pots and pans are terrible. Old and broken. The floorboards are all dirty. The walls of the house are dirty. No Nintendo switch even though it is listed as there. The shower on the main floor leaks. The showers weren't clean. Mold,etc. The drawers in the kitchen aren't clean- crumbs etc. The house needs a very deep cleaning! Kitchen supplies need updated! No pizza cutter! The pools were not kept up- very murky and dirty. We were very disappointed!

Very convenient location

This place was a few steps away from their center pool which was very convenient to see how crowded it was and pop over whenever we desired. The place had a few minor issues and was a little dirty (especially in the less seen places like under the bed, behind couches, etc) but it's rare that I stay in a rental that lives up to my home cleanliness standards haha. Management was very responsive to communication. The AC struggles to reach most bedrooms and was very loud but it was high 90s outside so not terribly surprised. Overall it was a great price and a fun stay. We would definitely go again.
