This 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home can accommodate up to 16 people with a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 1; a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private access to the main bathroom in suite 2; a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 3; a queen bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 4; two twin over double bunk beds and a private bathroom in suite 5; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room for extra guests. Enjoy a family ping pong tournament, bring your favorite PS4 games or rent some at the local red box or fee online games. Splash the day away at the amazing Paradise Village pools!

Located in Paradise Village at Zion over in Santa Clara, this home has extremely quick access to the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more! Looking for a bite to eat? We recommend dining at The Adobe Icebox Grill where you can get a great burger, crispy fries, a leafy salad, frozen yogurt, and conveniently located about 5 minutes from Paradise Village!

**Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine.
**Max Vehicle Occupancy is 5 vehicles - two in garage, two in driveway, only ONE in the street. Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs need to be parked in the designated lots within the complex, or outside the community. If violation fines are charged to the owner of the home, they will be levied to the guest.

Place was great but the kitchenware needs to be updated. Many of the items we needed were lacking (I.e. only 1 pair of tongs), not many bowls, pots & pans were dirty.

This house is not kept up well compared to the pictures. The floor is filthy our feet were constantly black from walking around. The couches and chairs were gross we had to drape with sheets. One of the bathrooms had black mold in the shower. The curtains in the kitchen were stained with who knows what. They have turned the master bedroom into a room with bunk beds so me and my husband had to squeeze into a tiny room which was all bed because it had a king in it. The kitchen was bad it had nothing and what it did have was so old and gross we just ate out.The smoke detector was also removed and that was a little unsettling. It was very disappointing we have stayed with this community before and had a nice place this time we thought we would spend a little more and be close to the lazy river what a bad decision. Next year we will not return to paradise village.

We've stayed a lot of different places in the St George area and this is the first one that has accommodated everyone comfortably and was affordable.

The location & layout of the property was great ! Outdoor furniture upstairs patio desperately needs replacement . Would also be helpful to have more kitchen towels . The toy box in the playroom appeared to be a bit of a safety concern for small children .

Kids loved the water park

The place for the most part was great that furniture outside was damaged and dirty but besides that it was great. Bring right by the pool entrance was great especially with the group of kids we had with us.

Spacious with Great Location

The location of this house to the pool was spot on. My kids loved having a lazy river, slides and pools right in the backyard. It was nice as parents because we could sit and watch them from the comfort of the deck or porch. The abundance of bathrooms was very convenient and a couple kids even said the beds were more comfortable then their beds at home. The only issue was that the dishes in the cupboards and silverware in drawers were quite dirty (lip marks on glasses, crumbs stuck to plates etc) and required a wash before using.

Durfee stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is so close to the pool with the slides and the lazy river. The gate to get into the pool is in the backyard and we could watch our teenagers at the pool from the kitchen window. The area that the property is in is not too far from shopping and restaurants. The check-in was effortless and we were able to have a late check out which was great. If I had to complain it would be regarding the cleanliness. The overall cleanliness was good, however, the carpets are somewhat dirty and we opened up the sofa bed to find trash and other things on the carpet underneath the bed.

Nice place, room for improvement

The house was overall very clean, we did find some crumbs under the beds and in the corners of the bathroom. We called for a maintenance repair the day we got there to fix a sink and they didn’t show up until an hour before we checked out. The beds were really comfortable and the close access to the pools were amazing. The kitchen has very basic tools (we had to go buy a peeler). Overall we would stay here again.

Villa 112

We really enjoyed our stay in this location, the house was great and just behind it the pool which was perfect, we had a soccer tournament and was a little far from fields but nothing crazy. The only complain I would say was the cooking utensils they need some updates, the dishwasher smelled like mold and it's really old. The dryer was Taking too long to dry. The vacuum didn't really worked

Great location for Paradise Village

This is a fabulous vacation rental! The house and the rooms were luxurious. The gate to the main pool is right outside the back of the house. Made it very nice to go back and forth. I was skeptical because the people before us did not leave a great review. They must be incredibly picky because this was an excellent place to stay. My friends and family will be back!

Renters Beware

House and pool were so poorly maintained that we checked-out early and found another house to rent. Upper deck patio furniture was stained and soiled, lower deck black iron patio chair would fall completely backwards if you sat in it, indoor furniture was stained and worn, comforters on beds were stained and needed to be washed, kitchen bar stool had a broken leg, very few pots and pans for cooking and these were dirty, the house listing states it has no cable TV but internet speeds were very slow so you couldn’t even stream a TV show, but worst of all the pool water in the lazy river was so cloudy and murky that you couldn’t see the bottom. The management company for the home owner would not discuss any type of reimbursement or recourse. Even VRBO attempted to negotiate with the management company to no avail. This is the first time in 10 years as a renter with VRBO that I had to check-out early from a VRBO house.

Great for multi-family vacas

Our family went with my sisters family just to get away for a few days. The pool was right out the patio & the rooms were perfect for splitting up couples & kids. Would recommend & would use again!

The only good thing we can say about this house is that the location is close to the pool. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this house. The carpets need to be cleaned, the mop boards are covered in dirt, the comforters need to be washed. The whole house has a stench, the blinds are covered in grime. We tried to clean it ourselves, but the vacuum was broken and there wasn't even a dustpan in the house. We requested both and received the dustpan on our last day. The vacuum never arrived. Even the furniture is dirty. The couch and chairs are worn and covered in grime. We would have covered them, but couldn't find any extra linens in the house.

Awesome Home, Great Service

We had a great vacation in this property. The home was clean, well furnished, and well stocked. My family really enjoyed their time in both pool complexes and the other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Good

We were pleased with the house , it was very clean and supplied well. We were not happy with the main pool area . Water was murky , did not appear to be filtered well. Two of my grand kids got sick with diarrhea and threw up for through out the evening and all of next day.

Family fun

We just got home yesterday and husband is already talking about going back. We checked in Mon left yesterday and literally never left except to go t Tuacahn theater last night of trip. Between pool and the games we brought and we had groceries delivered there was no reason to leave, which in turned saved us money! Great stay!

Great place for large family

We had our family reunion here and it was perfect. With 5 families it can be hard to find a location that fits all our needs but this was the perfect house. Having the pool right in the back was perfect for quick swims without having to walk down the street to gain access. Highly recommend staying here.

Lazy River in your backyard and Lots of Rooms

Our favorite part was being able to walk out of the back door and right to the lazy river, slides. Nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Super close to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn.

Perfect location!

The location of this home was perfect. Entrance to the pool was right out the back door. Very close to Snow Canyon, Tuachan and Ivin’s Reservoir. Love the upstairs balcony and fire pit. Fit out family perfectly.
