If you are looking to have Fun in the Sun, then you have found the perfect vacation home! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find a good time around every corner. With many National and State Parks to explore, a pool to lounge next to, and many at-home amenities, there will never be a dull moment while staying at Fun in the Sun!

Fun in the Sun is a modern 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 19 guests. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day as you watch the sunrise over Snow Canyon State Park on the balcony, sipping a hot cup of coffee. Spend your days exploring southern Utah along the bike paths right out your front door on the bikes provided or lounge next to Paradise Village's Resort Style pool and swim at the waterpark. Back at the home, challenge each other to games on the Xbox 1 in a friendly tournament! After a long day of hiking through the surrounding desert terrain, rest your tired muscles in your private hot tub under the starry sky or treat yourself to a smore and roast marshmallows on the balcony! Grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a good laugh while watching a movie on the Smart TV with a soundbar. No matter how you spend your vacation, you are sure to have Fun in the Sun!

Very Good

We enjoyed the accomodations, and they were very suitable for our reunion. It would have been helpful to have a handbook telling us how everything worked, and where switches were. I don't recall seeing any thermostat. We ran low on garbage bags in the kitchen, and toilet paper in some of the bathrooms. However, we had a good time.

A pleasant stay for a large family

We traveled as a large group- each couple with our own kids. We were really excited to have a private bathroom in each room, as well as space for a pack n play. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were "not fluffy at all" as described by my 5 year old. But overall the space was great. We loved the large couch and living space. It accommodated our family really well.

Poor trip

The only positive I can say about this trip is the responsiveness of the hosts whenever we had questions or issues arise. The floors of the house were disgusting and left our feet black. We tried initially to respect the sign that asked that we remove our shoes. 10 minutes in we realize the bottoms of our feet are completely black and the babies crawling around had black hands and knees from how disgusting the floors were. No visible dirt or crumbs, but it was very clear no mopping of the tile was completed. We also had a terrible experience due to the pools. They were disgusting, especially the lazy river. It was murky and had a nasty smell to it. So we did try the other pool which seemed better. But after a whole day and night of swimming, the next day 12 out of the 16 of us became violently ill vomitting and diarrhea. This included very young children who ended up not eating for 2 entire days due to how sick they were. This completely ruined our trip and caused half our group to return home an day early. We all had a miserable 5 hour drive left. We know this sickness had to come from that nasty pool water. They weren't maintained well. The chemicals had to be off and not killing off whatever bacteria in there caused us all to get sick. Our neighbors said their family experienced diarrhea as well and nausea. So I know it wasn't just us. The pumps on the slides weren't working at either pool, and the concrete at the bottom of the kids slides was falling apart and cutting up kids feet. We stayed here 2 yrs ago and this place has completely gone down hill. We will likely stay at Arcadia next time, they have clean pools and water.

St George Paradise

My family had a great stay at this home. We loved that all the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Also good location to the water slides and pickleball courts.

Great and comfortable stay

The property is clean, we'll maintained and well managed. It was very comfortable for our extended family group using most of the available beds and had all the things we needed. The communication with the property management was quick and very helpful, as was the booking, check in and check out

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. It was clean, nice& plentiful linens & towels. Grateful for the high chair. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. The temperature in the home was just right. Enjoyed the pools so much! It would have been nice if the kitchen garbage can would have worked but not critical. The rating is excellent but we made a note to bring kleenex and nicer toilet tissue next time. :) Can't wait to stay there again next September! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Great place!

Awesome pools close by and private hot tub at the house. Easily fit everyone in our party in the house. There could have been more linens provided originally but we reached out to management and they brought more over the next day! Very easy to work with and responded to each question and concern we had. We had some issues with the dishwasher and they sent a repair man out the next day to check it out. We appreciate their promptness and communication.

Nice Stay

Clean property, friendly management, answered all questions quickly. We did have to adjust a couple things as the gas fireplace knob was stuck and would not stay in place.. A bolt had fallen out but we got it fixed. Fireplace could also use more rocks in it. Hot tub lid did not lock in place when open,, or we couldn't figure it outso we had to watch it carefully. Kitchen appliances were well stocked and nice to have! Overall, it is a very nice property!

Beautiful and Spacious

Thank you so much for a great stay. We were in town for our Grandparents funeral and the house was the perfect size for our family. The house was well furnished and everything was very clean. It was nice to be close to the pool area so the younger kids had something fun to do. We really appreciated the fresh cookies to welcome us to the house.

Accommodations were amazing

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the water features was awesome! We love the en suite bedrooms, and the kitchen was well-stocked for serving large groups of people! It was the hottest week on record in the area, so we didn’t get out to explore much, but the kids all loved the water parks, and we had a great stay! Only complaint was that the bathroom floor mats were not cleaned before we came.
