Two master suites make this property the perfect getaway for a little golf, a little beach and a lot of fun! Its unique layout offers a private entrance for the primary 1-bedroom unit and connected studio unit – two master suites. The primary unit has a full-size kitchen, living room, dining room and king-size master suite. The adjacent studio offers a king size bed with a kitchenette and full-size bathroom. Both offer beautiful views up and down the Gulf coastline.

Just downstairs are the lush amenities of Luau II. A lagoon-style pool, sun deck with Gulf views and private access to the beach are waiting for your use. Steps from the elevator, it’s only minutes until your toes are covered in sugar-white sand and your mind is at ease! On the resort’s Beachside you can enjoy paths to a beachside restaurant, access to a putt-putt golf course and dedicated paths for jogging or walking. Bike to the Bayside of the resort using the tunnel and additional dedicated paths to explore the Choctawhatchee Bay and The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Start with a stop at The Baytowne Marina for lunch and a chance to watch the big boats come into the harbor. A lovely change of pace for your beach vacation!

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.
