Our spacious retreat offers 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an expansive balcony overlooking the lagoon style swimming pool. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is located just steps from the Pilot House and offers an array of activities to suit every taste. From upscale dining to casual eateries, boutique shopping to lively entertainment venues, Baytowne Wharf caters to all preferences. Guests can revel in the beauty of the nearby marina or enjoy all the amazing amenities that the Resort has to offer. And with the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico less than 2 miles away, 522 Pilot House truly offers the most in vacation luxury and convenience!

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all you need to cook a gourmet meal. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV and access to the fully furnished balcony.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and has convenience to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The guest bedroom offers 2 cozy queen beds, a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination and new tile flooring. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, garage parking and complimentary high-speed WIFI.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is located just steps from Pilot House and offers restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, rock climbing, and more. The Village also hosts year-round festivals and special events, as well as weekly fireworks displays. The Resort's private beach is located less than 2 miles away and is easily accessible by the resorts complimentary beach tram.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Great Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach vs home this year, and chose Plot House for multiple reasons. We had the best time. The condo, facilities and overall area was great. There is a lot to do without leaving the resort, but it’s in the middle of Miramar Beach, which is our favorite place. This could be our new Thanksgiving tradition.

Perfect stay and view for our short getaway. We enjoyed the condo and surroundings. However, seeing a rat in the pool area was disturbing and we didn’t utilize the pool again.

The rental unit was as expected based on online description and was satisfactory overall. Unfortunately, I saw 3 rats (together at once) on the property at the 3rd floor pool level, 2 floors below my rental. I was only able to get a picture of 1 rat. I alerted Beach Blue Properties via text. They responded quickly that they would pass the info on to the Homeowners Association, since they handle pests. My husband noticed rat trips in the private garage.

Condo was lovely, great proximity to pool and shopping/dining. Super easy check in and check out. The beach access is crowded, but that's to be expected. If we are staying in Sandestin, would definitely book this one again!

This is a very cute place with lots of space for 8 people. Property was clean and checkin process was so easy! Community is amazing! Definitely needed more time to explore the community and enjoy the amenities! They were great! This place offers fun activities for every age!

Overall I give the stay 3 stars for these reasons. The day we arrived, workers were working on the pool that was just right outside our door. Keep in mind one of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the distance to the pool and we have an 8 month old. So it was convenient. So when we saw chains on the pool gates and workers we were a bit confused. So we contacted both the property manager and the owner through Vrbo. The property manager got back with us within the hour saying it was closed till the afternoon. I had to ask if there were other pools we could use or what to do. There were other pools but miles away. That was a big disappointment. The property manager also told us the pool was going to be closed the next day.. Which was upsetting because by this time it was halfway through our trip. I wish there was more communication from the owner. I know the HOA schedules maintenance, however i know the owner must’ve got noticed that the pool was going to be down. The place however was spotless and clean. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, me and the family smelled weed very often around the resort which was also surprising. Wish we would’ve got compensated for the inconvenience of the pool, with all of that being said. We won’t be back to this location and condo.

Another Perfect Stay

This was our fourth trip to Baytown and we always stay at the Village to be around all the activities at night and close to fishing spots. The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed. Very clean and lots of room which is needed with three teens. Has all necessary items needed to prepare meals, we travel with rope and clothes pins to hang wet suits and beach towels which worked out great with the large porch to set that up we were weren’t having to hang them in the bathrooms. I saw people had problems with hot water. We didn’t have that problem with 5 of us all showering all within an hour or so to get ready at night. Pilot house has a large ice machine down by the pool to fill coolers for the beach, and the tram makes getting around very easy to all the different locations my kids wanted to go for fishing. Had to make a run to Children’s ER only 1.5miles away to get a hook pulled out of my son hand. They had us in and out in 45min and everyone was super nice if for some reason you end up there it was a great experience. Only tip I would add to the owner would be to add a full length mirror somewhere. A fit check is necessary for us women/girls. Also, blinds in master or darker blackout curtains. Once the sun comes up it is pretty bright in the room making sleeping in pretty difficult. The double queen room was darker and not a problem. -Sarah-

Wonderful stay

Couldn’t beat the price or location!

We loved the location of this unit, bedding was comfortable, and overall great trip! The cons:Biggest: The main lock to the unit doesn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the door to close the first night and then we were essentially locked out. Beach Blue Properties 24 hour line was excellent at getting us a new code to get in our secondary door. Every-time we had to leave we had to put the code in and then turn the nob compared to a regular condo and just closing the door to leave. The lock would remain stuck even when closing the door from the inside. No lock to master bathroomNo lock to master bedroomLiving room fan when turned low makes a clicking noiseOutdated cooking utensils, pots, pans, etcNone of the lids provided worked with the glass tubberware. Hot water went quick for showersPros: Location is amazing View of the pool!Less than a 2 min elevator ride down to the village. Everyone slept great and comfortable. 2 air units one for the main living and master and one for the second bedroom to have more control. 2 refrigerators, one regular main and one mini in the second bedroom. Nice balcony Just wanted to leave a raw and honest review for future clients. Every condo has it’s ware and tear and this did not affect our family and friends having a great time! We look forward to visiting again.

Convenient Location!

I came to this condo with my two sons and my husband. It really was the best situation for families. We had plenty of space, we were close to the pool, and literally didn’t have to move our car throughout the week we were there. The host is great, the condo was clean, and it went flawlessly. I would 100% stay here again if we were in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in the nicely furnished condo and the deck was great overlooking the pool area. The towels were very thin and the water pressure in the guest bathroom was not good. I would suggest getting better towels, a long mirror in at least one of the rooms, some more wine glasses. and some extra blankets. The property was as described and spacious. Location was perfect and I would recommend to family and friends. We love the Baytowne wharf area which is so close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Best Pilot House!

We were so impressed with the condo, great decor, kept up very well. You can’t beat the location! Our kiddos ranged from 9-13 and they absolutely loved the pool and proximity to everything. Will def be our first choice next spring break. We made the best memories. Also thanks to the property management being fantastic when we needed to reach out. 5 out of 5 stars!

This was the perfect unit for a small family. It was nice to have the small separate extra room off the family space. The two bathrooms were great to have especially after a beach day. The only thing I wish the unit had was beach chairs and toys.

Lovely Unit in Great location

Unit was excellent. However, some areas could use updating. Unit is showing its age. Suggestions would be ... update both toilets, update appliances and replace the area carpet in living room . These updates would make the unit VERY desirable . We enjoyed our month there being close to the pool and Village.Beach Blue are excellent hosts.

Solid unit and location

Overall as described and easy process. Comfortable space and clean. Would be nice to leave a couple extra rolls of tp and an extra trash bag for a shorter stay, but hopefully the next guest benefits from the several rolls of tp we left! Otherwise, great experience!

I loved that the older kids were able to enjoy their own space as well. It has an attached studio with its own bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Huge balcony that over looks the pool with enough tables and chairs. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves a clean and quiet location. The management responded very quickly each time I had questions. This place is the place to go. We will be back next summer.

We enjoyed our stay. One if our favorite things about the condo was the porch. It was a very nice place to sit and rest. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could really use some new equipment. The pots and pans need to be replaced and we could've used a few more coffee mugs. That being said it is a very nice condo. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating in the living room. The living room area looked smaller in the picture than it actually is. We all had a great time and the resort is beautiful.
