Enjoy staying in the top location of Cape Coral in this beautiful Yacht Club Area Villa with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The contemporary Floridian villa located in the desirable SE Cape Coral features high-end furniture and professional decorations. Upon entering the home, your eyes will be immediately drawn to the soothing color combination creating visual harmony. The light flooded rooms are outfitted with modern and high quality furniture.
You will find Flat Screens in every bedroom plus in the Lanai. And a large Sharp TV in the living room. Washer & Dryer are high end range from Samsung , Dish Washer from Bosch.
Outside you will find beautiful canal views and an outdoor Tiki hut down at the boat dock. The large Pool & the Jacuzzi have a contemporary design, with fresh and crisp colours. Both can be heated and are filled with salt water to be more "skin-friendly" (not chlorine).
The provided Weber Gas Grill is an alternative to the various restaurants nearby.
Energy use: $ 5 per day free -( app. 30 kwh) - additional use $ 0,18 per kwh -> to be paid in cash or with cheque at check out.

Wonderful accommodations.

This was our second time staying at this property and we couldn’t be happier. We have booked it for next year. The home is very well stocked, very clean, and in a great location. Both the owners and the host were very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming.

A Slice of Heaven

The property was fabulous - we especially enjoyed the screened lanai and spent many afternoons floating in the pool and watching the boat traffic. The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy drive both from the airport and other Ft. Myers destinations. Many thanks to the owners for a great relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful month getaway. The property was top notch; clean, maintained and well manicured. Great lay out for a few couples; nice open layout, well stocked with amenities for a very comfortable stay. The owners were very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great location and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. This home is very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with dishes, towels etc. We really enjoyed our stay there. The home owner and Chris were very kind and very fast to respond with any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would love to stay here again.

Great location. Burrowing Owl nest around the neighborhood.

This property was clean and well maintained. The smallest details were not missed. Great layout with the bedrooms on each corner of the house. Pool and hot tub was very nice with plenty of space for outdoor gathering. The location is perfect. Easy access to airport, beach, restaurants and Sanibel Island. You won't be disappointed when you stay here.

We rented this home for 2 months and everything was fantastic. We could not have been happier! Beautiful, clean, updated, huge, open and better than we expected. The property manager was responsive and fixed normal home issues promptly and happily. It was hard to leave.

It’s an amazing house.

The house is gorgeous! We have stayed in many VRBOs this was the very first one that had plenty of towels, sheets, cleaning supplies,etc… We wanted a getaway for Christmas and it was perfect. The location isn’t far from grocery stores, restaurants, and Cape Coral beach. Their dock was perfect for fishing. We liked how the bedrooms were spread out. One is basically in each corner of the house. Living rooms does have seating 8. Which it sleeps 8. We spent most of time outside. They do have smart TVs in all the rooms and outside. The hosts were amazing - answered all my questions very quickly considering they are in a different country!

Jan 2021 monthly Stay!

This property and attention to detail on all levels is superior. From day one, our guests and ourselves of 5324 Coral Ave remarked this as an amazing place to stay and the location couldn’t be any better, especially with the available bikes you can take on a ride around the neighborhood or down to the Boathouse for meals or a 5 o’clock special less than1 mile away. The house has such charm, from the front and back porches, swimming pools and whirlpool, to the landscaping on the outside and the availability of everything you need from towels to kitchen accessories. Also, we had a great support cast of people available for anything that went wrong or needed attention. In fact, 2 outside lights we notice we burned out, so we called Sunday and within 12 hours we were greeted with a person, very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Chris was a great help in most of our needs and wants. We love this place so much for to many reasons, but in general the style and service both from the owners and support staff that we renewed for 2021. The Hoffmans

Cape Coral - Perfect spot for relaxation

1st year trying the get out of the Midwest cold. We could not have asked for anything better. The neighborhood was safe and quite - location - close to everything Cape Coral/Ft. Myers, house and pool - I cannot say enough about the layout to management staff that answered quickly and took care of every request. Everything was perfect. The pool will be missed it was above and beyond a hit in our family. The size was perfect for large family gatherings and the heat helped with cold night's swim under the stars. We have used VRBO for other vacations and we rank this house as a favorite.

Great space and location.

Loved the 4 bed 4 bath layout so everyone had their space. Just a 5-10 minute idle out to river on boat. Pool was nice as well. Great for a large group.

Great vacation rental

We stayed at this property for two months. Everything is exactly as pictured. Amenities were perfect for what you would require for a comfortable stay. You definitely can’t beat the location. Approximately one mile from the beach and so very close to many restaurants/bars and grocery stores. Erwin and Natascha are wonderful to work with and Chris, the property manager was very helpful. I would definitely rent this property in the future.
