Welcome to our humble yet tidy 3-bedroom upstairs in the Legacy Villas at La Quinta! What makes our villa different? Unlike most villas in Legacy, there is no villa directly opposite of ours (hello, neighbor!), allowing an OPEN VIEW of palm trees, the Coachella valley, and surrounding Santa Rosa mountains. Facing away from the busier community-shared pathways and parking lots, our breezy upstairs balconies overlook a semi-private "front yard", and enjoy just a little more freedom from Legacy's densely-packed villa community. The villa is also conveniently located by the front fountain and guard gate, just steps from the Legacy Villas clubhouse and main pool area.

Planning a family reunion or traveling with a large group? This villa is part of "The Fab Four", an ideal vacation stay for larger groups up to 30 people! "The Fab Four" is a grouping of four (4) villas housed together in the same quad, located a short hop from the Main Clubhouse and pool area. DINING AREA: Dining Table with seating for 6. French doors open to main balcony. Breakfast bar provides additional seating. Additional seating available on balcony.

KITCHEN: Fully-equipped Chef’s Kitchen with gas stove. Solid Granite Kitchen counter-tops throughout. Refrigerator with Ice Dispenser and Filtered Water. Dishwasher. Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker. Garbage disposal in sink.

LAUNDRY: Stackable washer and dryer located in hallway niche.

Need a place to charge your EV? Legacy Villas recently installed Twenty (20) EV CHARGERS by the main clubhouse.

If traveling with a large event group, such as a wedding party or family reunion, please feel free to inquire about booking other rentals located close to (or far from?) this villa.

SUNDRIES: A courtesy starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo + conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher packs, and laundry detergent is provided for your stay. Any further supplementation, or additional cleaning products, are the responsibility of the guest.

Woof! This unit welcomes up to two (2) dogs per booking. There is an easy walking trail next to the Santa Rosa foothills, which goes around the perimeter of the community (but keep an eye out for rattlesnakes). Downtown La Quinta boasts pet-friendly coffee shops and cafes. There is also doggie daycare and doggie wash services in town. Please note, however, that the HOA does not allow pets inside the gates of the pool areas. Max weight of 30 pounds per pet.

(Note: access to tennis/pickleball courts may be prioritized for La Quinta Resort guests during peak periods).

Also close to world-class golf courses at PGA West and more.

Only 3 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open. (Public TENNIS COURTS available at Fritz Burn Park.)

Only 5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, Legacy Villas is a popular home base for COACHELLA and STAGECOACH Music Festival attendees.

ADVENTURE - Get a seat in an open air Jeep and see the San Andreas fault. Photograph the oddities and eccentrics around the Salton Sea. Get out your binoculars and try to find the desert-camouflaged Bighorn Sheep up in the hills above Bear Creek Trail.

DAY TRIP! La Quinta is located less than an hour’s drive to Joshua Tree National Park, as well as the cool mountain town of Idyllwild.
