Real Escapes Properties proudly offers this very nice two bedroom, two bath condominium located on beautiful St. Simons Island. The condo is comfortably furnished and overlooks a lagoon.

Harbour Oaks 418 is an upstairs unit. Kitchen has been updated and the lovely dining area comfortably seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and sunroom area. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Located in a quiet, gated community with pool, tennis, fitness center. The complex sits off of Mallory Street which is walking distance to the main village and its' attractions including the tidal beach.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property
• Parking is available for up to 2 cars in unmarked spaces. Please Note: *Covered Parking Stall is not included*
• 2 miles to Coast Guard Station/East Beach, ½ mile to Public Beach Access, short walk to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property. (Limited cable channels on all TVs)
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Harbour Oaks however unit 418 has some issues. First, there is not a working vacuum cleaner in the condo which dates back to our stay last year. There is only a battery operated broom which does not do an adequate job. We had a problem with cockroaches this year and the wall towel rack in the master bath is not usable due to the screw/molly bolt being very loose.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 units, only used 3 due to sickness. All units with carpet, needs replaced or better yet, install vinyl or wood. Master (in 123) had no remote for tv. Lighting for complex was terrible. We had units on both sides-difficult to find and difficult to see stairways. My wife cleaned a solo cup full of hair from our shower drain so the water would drain.

The rug in the living room is very old and filthy. The cable tv is pretty much nonexistent, gets like 10 channels. The beds are a bit on the small side, especially if sharing. There was too much personal stuff left out and in drawers, we like to feel almost like we're staying in a hotel when going away, not in somebody's house we never met. Besides that, the kitchen was stocked nicely and overall we were pleased.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed there the last two years and have already booked for 2023. The condo is nicely furnished, clean and great location. Both times in the last two years the drain has been very slow in draining in the master bathroom and we had it snaked out this year which helped immensely however by the time we were leaving it was starting to drain slowly again. Otherwise very happy with eveything!

We love the condos within Harbour Oaks, but this one was extremely dirty. From the poop and pee around the window space near the live seat, to the dirty floors and very nasty floor rugs, to the cloth living room furniture. We felt soooo dirty our entire stay. We used bed sheets across the furniture is that we felt a little more comfortable sitting on them. The realty group did refund us the cleaning fee and a very very small portion of the rental fee. It was not adequate for the aggravation of such a bad rental.

Uncomfortable bed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 6 weeks this fall / winter. The condo was adequate. It didn’t affect my allergies like some have, but the bed we slept in wasn’t comfortable for two of us. The walk-in shower drain backed up so I had to get some Drano for it. The fiberglass tub-shower Is cracked and needs replacing. I tripped on the sisal rug as we were moving out and had bruises and rug burns that lasted 2 weeks.

The location was great. It is a very nice place to stay. It was within reach of the pier area which was great. The only thing is that the choice of TV channel was small. I know that I do not go there to watch TV but just having the local channel was not enough for us.

Highly recommend!!

This is probably one of the best stays we’ve had. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. We literally had everything we could possibly need and more. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location

We enjoyed this place! Two things to keep in mind: the balcony is very small; suitable for only one person. That was a bit disappointing for my husband and I. Also, bring Keurig cups if you want coffee. There’s not a regular coffee maker. Everything else met all of our expectations!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was immaculate and attractively decorated. It is very convenient to the village and reasonably close to the ocean. My husband, daughter and I were very comfortable with the amount of space. We would love to rent it in the future.
