Our lovely home on Orange Street in the heart of Nantucket town is waiting to welcome your family to the best of what the island has to offer.

The bright and charming main house has four to five bedrooms and two full baths. The similarly furnished and included guest studio/cottage over the detached garage has an additional suite with a queen bed, kitchenette and full bath along with a private entrance - perfect for a second couple, grandparent(s) or caregiver.

Both buildings have central air conditioning. Between the two is a lovely private yard with a spacious patio for relaxing and outdoor dining. There's a Weber gas grill and expansive teak table that seats eight. There is also a roomy, enclosed outdoor shower.

The house is fully furnished with all the accessories you need to enjoy your stay, from board games to beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are among the included utilities.

One parking space is available off-street in the private driveway; there is also plentiful on-street parking in front of the house. The heart of town - Main Street - is a short walk away via sidewalks, making it convenient to stroll downtown for shopping and dinner.

No smoking/vaping, no pets. Maximum occupancy of 8 (including 2 maximum in the cottage).

We have a 7-night minimum in general and rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday, in the summer but have flexibility in June and later in the fall shoulder season for other start/end dates.

In particular, in 2026, we have June 6-16 (10 nights) and June 24-July 4 (10 nights) open and can pro-rate a longer stay or start/end on a day other than Saturday during those times.

* Guest room with 2 extra-long twin beds
* Den/TV room with twin daybed/seating plus trundle
* Full bath with walk-in shower
Note: Utility closets off sunroom have stacked washer/dryer and secondary beverage fridge.

Second floor:
* Master bedroom with king-sized bed and private sitting area
* Two additional bright bedrooms with full/double beds
* Shared sitting room/office with desk
* Spacious full bath with a soaking tub/shower combo

Studio/cottage over garage has:
* Kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot, and half-sized refrigerator (no stove)
* Queen bed, spacious desk/workspace, and comfortable sitting area
* Full bath with walk-in shower

The owners require a signed lease and a 10 percent refundable security deposit to be held by the owners. VRBO may charge additional fees and will collect state/local taxes for rentals of 30 nights or fewer.
