Located in the southeast of the island of Majorca, the house is an ideal choice for a family vacation or for a holiday group of persons residential area. A five minute walk from the beach and ten minutes drive from a golf course and several tourist attractions. Such as the monastery of San Salvador as wide reference point to contemplate almost the entire east side of the island, the caves of Porto Cristo known for its geological beauty, one of the most visited places and countless bays (sandy beaches with a particular aspect of great beauty) Mediterranean character naturally distributed along the entire coast of Mallorca. The house has 200 square meters consisting of 5 double rooms with views outside, two bathrooms with bath and shower each, kitchen, a porch of 40 meters and outdoor terraces. It consists of gardens around and private parking for five cars, a total of 1. 000 square meters of land and a swimming pool located in the southern part of the town.

What a fantastic Villa! Our two families had the most relaxing 2 week holiday.We were greeted with bottled water and fresh fruit. The villa itself is spacious, and well equipped. The gardens well maintained and the pool simply stunning, our kids absolutely loved it. There are some lovely restaurants close by and a bar for a cold beer. The bakery near by is excellent and the beach is fantastic.Thanks for making our stay so special

Nice house, except from sharp knifes the kitchen was wellpapp equiped. Nice pool and patio

Good experience but very strange that there we ha to pay almost 100 euro in cash for ecotax. It would have been good to know in advance.

Wunderbarer Pool und viel Platz im Haus . Auch die Terrasse draußen super! Etwas älter aber alles sehr sauber! Wir konnten die Haustür und Tor nicht abschließen, was nicht ideal war, aber auch so schnell nicht repariert werden konnte . Das sollte schnellstens behoben werden

Villa conforme au descriptif (sauf chambres 5chambres).Super piscine, bien équipée, les enfants ont apprécié le trampoline et le jardin.La villa est vieillissante mais très propre, au calme et à 10 min à pied de la mer.Il y a une boulangerie à 3 min à pied et un très bon restaurant « Carmela » a 100 m. Le gérant est très sympa.Jose nous a bien accueilli et fait visiter les environs.Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille

Fantastiskt härligt boende på lugnt läge men nära stränder och restauranger

Mycket bra planerat hus för stor familj eller vänner som vill umgås under en vecka, härlig trädgård med stor pool och uteplatser med grillmöjligheter för att sitta ute under härliga kvällar. Nära till flertalet restauranger och en marker för att inhandla det mest nödvändiga för hemmabruk. Smidigt att det med bil eller taxi åka och storhandla i en Super Marcado. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och kan tänka oss att återkomma.

1A Ferienwohnung in Cala Murada

Wir (10 Mädels) haben uns in dem Mietobjekt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus entsprach zu 100 % unseren erwartungen. Wir kamen an und fühlten uns fast wie zuHause. Der Kühlschrank war riesig und wurde direkt von uns befüllt. Dies war leider nur in einem Lidl möglich der ca. 15 min vom Ort entfernt war. Da wir ein Auto hatten war dies überhaupt kein Problem. Zwar gibt es einen kleinen SPAR direkt nebenan, aber wenn man 10 Leute satt kriegen muss, ist dieser keine Alternative. Alles Vorort und im Haus war relativ selbsterklärend, vom Gasherd bis zum Gasgrill. Am ersten Morgen wurden wir mit einem Kuchen von José überrascht, über diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir uns wahnsinnig gefreut. Auch am zweiten Tag als José kam stand er uns zur mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, dies empfanden wir als sehr positiv. Zur Lage kann ich nicht so viel sagen, aber es war wirklich sehr sehr ruhig. Im nachhinein waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht das wirklich nicht mehr los war. Aber mit eigenem großen Pool und ausreichend Liegen konnte man gut darüber hinwegsehen. Für uns auch kein Kritikpunkt, da wir es ja wussten. Der Strand ist ein bisschen weiter weg, jedoch zu Fuß super schnell zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir kein Strandwetter Anfang September, sodass ich nichts positives sagen kann. Ich kann dieses Objekt bedenkenlos jedem empfehlen.

A great property within a great location for the perfect family holiday

This is our second year staying at Jose’s villa with famil and friends and again it has been a very enjoyable experience. The Villa is perfect for a large family or group of friends. It has everything you need to accommodate the perfect holiday, excellant pool with outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen, with additional fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, plenty of additional fans, Gas and coal BBQ, great outdoor seating area for 12 around a large granite table, lots of sun beds and space for 3 cars. The only improvment as mentioned last year is that the showers in the bathrooms need some attention as the shower head in one of the bathrooms is still broken. We love this villa so much that we are looking to book again next year. Thanks Jose for making our stay very enjoyable. Regards David

Hyggeligt og rummeligt hus med god swimmingpool og hyggelig have.

Huset er velegnet til 10 personer, hvoraf flere er børn. Der er alt hvad hjertet kan begære af underholdning til børn og voksne. Vi havde stor glæde af at grille udenfor i den indbyggede grill. Der er flere gode restauranter i byen og hele tre forskellige strande i gåafstand. Huset er lidt slidt, men der er afslappet og hyggeligt. Værten er både venlig og hjælpsom. Vi var 10 meget forskellige mennesker, som alle nød opholdet der.

Im großen Ganzen hat es uns gefallen, wir waren mit 9 Personen da.

Im ersten Schlafzimmer müsste eine Klimaanlage sein, man hat wegen der Wärme schlecht geschlafen. Einige Kleinigkeiten waren schon, im Poolboden fehlten ein paar Fliesen, sehr loser Toilettendeckel, kaputte Beleuchtung. Kaputte Kaffeemaschine hat Jose sofort ausgetauscht. Pollliegen waren einige kaputt.

For the perfect large family or group of friends

Excellent accommodation and location that met all of our needs as first time visitors to Majorca. The Villa was more then large enough for our party of 6 adults and 4 children. Every room was more then comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Although the property has no air condition in the bedrooms, there was plenty of fans available to ensure that you could keep cool at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to store and prepare fresh meals which we could enjoy in the excellent outside living area. The Pool was perfect which we all enjoyed all hours of the day and this was regularly maintained by the owner. The only improvement required is that both showers in the house need some attention or replacing, (one kept falling down and was hard to set a constant temperature from the mixer tap and the other trickled out with no pressure. This is only a small negative as overall everything was excellant and we could not have asked for anything more. The location is peaceful with a local shop and sports bar and some great local restaurants within a 2 minute walk that we enjoyed on a few occasions. The local sandy beach is an easy 10minute walk away but if you prefer to explore the island then you can easily park 3 cars at the Villa as we do. Jose’s Villa definitely deserves 5 stars and we will certainly be returning in the near future.

Rundum gut

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in dem Haus in Cala Murada. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt, aber nicht eingeengt. Nette Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und der Strand zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Der Ruheplatz hinter dem Haus mit Hängematte und Sonnenstuhl - er war immer besetzt🙂 Einzig der Grill war nicht so gut- ihm fehlt die Belüftung, aber die Küche war gut eingerichtet und das glich dieses kleine Manko aus. Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen können und die Ruhe an diesem Platz nochmals genießen dürfen. Danke Jose

Schöne Finca in einem ruhigen Ort mit einigen Entdeckunngsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Im Folgenden werde ich die Finca, die Ausstattung, die Lage, den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und weiteres bewerten: Die Finca: Sehr schön Aufgeteilt draußen und drinnen. Drinnen ist eine völlig ausreichende Küche mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie gemütlichen Zimmern und guten Badezimmern. Draußen wartet ein großer Pool, eine Tishtennisplatte, ein Trampolin, sehr gute Liegen, eine Hängematte und weiteres darauf benutzt zu werden. Alles sehr schön groß und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Neben dem Grill ist der sehr große und wunderschöne Tisch, an dem man sehr gerne zusammensitzen will. Draußen befindet sich ebenfalls eine Dusche zum abduschen nach dem Poolgang. Zur Ausstattung gehören neben guten Lautsprechern auch schöne Möbel, ein Fernseher, einem Mixer in der Küche und vieles weiteres.(siehe Beschreibung) Die Lage: Cala Murada ist ein ruhiger Ort, an dem man wirklich entspannen kann. Von dort erreicht man aber auch sehr schnell die Bucht von cala murada sowie die doppelt-Bucht Domingos und die kleine Vergnügungsgegend zwischen den großen Hotels auf der anderen Seite der Domingos Bucht. Dort kann man in Bars oder in einer Disko feiern gehen. In naher Umgebung ist zufuß die Stadt Portocolom zu besichtigen, die einige interessante Gassen und einen großen Yacht-Hafen zu bestaunen bietet. Des Weiteren ist die Piratenbucht, die uns der Vermieter Jose verbunden mit einer Schnorchel-Übungsstunde gezeigt hat sehr empfehlenswert. Allgemein ist Jose ein extrem netter Vermieter, welcher uns als Jugendgruppe nach dem Abitur(9Leute im Alter von 18-19) sehr geholfen hat, weil wir kein Auto hatten und somit in der Mobilität beschränkt waren. Seine Tour zu der Piratenbucht war sehr spaßig. Auf eine Tour nach Porto-Cristo hat Jose uns auch gefahren, sodass wir dort die Höhlen angucken konnten. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir auch noch mehr Entdeckungsreisen machen können. Alles in allem ist die Finca aus unserer Sicht für eine Familientour und eine Jungendgruppe, die nicht nur auf feiern aus ist, unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir würden wirklich gerne wieder kommen!

perfect for a family/group get away

We all loved this villa, it was clean and airy inside, and the outside was great for a group of people to relax and have fun. The village is small with only one supermarket but is was well stocked and we managed with a daily shop for nine people on our way home from the beach each day. Pepe the owner was very attentive and made sure we were all ok. The beach was about 15 mins walk from the villa and two more beaches a little further.We all loved it

A wonderful house with lots of opportunities and very useful facilities.

We stayed 10 people at the pool house and we had plenty of space. The pool area is equipped with several sets of diving-gear, volleyballs and other stuff to play with. We spend hours on the lovely shaded terrasse. The house is located in a small cosy town with a supermarked near by where we every morning went to buy fresh bread and croissants. All in all a fantastic spot on Mallorca where we were met by a nice host.

Top Urlaub in Top Finca!

Wir (eine junge Gruppe von 10 Personen) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cala Murada. Zu meiner positiven Bewertung hier ein paar Gründe: -Die Finca ist sehr groß, gut gepflegt und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. -Der Pool war immer gepflegt. Es gab ausreichend Liegestühle. -Der Tisch auf der Terrasse: Ein Schmuckstück mit Platz für ne Fußballmannschaft :-) -Dart, Badminton und Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. -Großzügig dimensionierter Kühlschrank. -Musikanlage mit sattem Bass :-) -Kaffeemaschine und Grill vorhanden. -Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (3min Fußweg). Größere Einkäufe 15 Autominuten entfernt. -Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. -Strand 10 Gehminuten entfernt. -Unser Vermieter, José: Er ist ein wirklich netter Kerl, der uns stets Insider-Tipps geben konnte und sofort da war, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Eine wirklich gastfreundliche Familie. Danke, José! .... Ich könnte noch viele weitere positive Gründe nennen, warum sich der Aufenthalt lohnt. Aber am besten, Sie überzeugen sich selbst davon!

Traumurlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus !

Wir durften 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen und sind nach wie vor komplett begeistert !! Selten haben wir uns so gut erholen können. Die Übergabe lief trotz unseres spontan eingeschobenen Großeinkaufs perfekt; der Vermieter des Hauses, Jose, ist wirklich sehr darum bemüht, dass man einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringt. Wir wurden wirklich sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar ein riesiger Obstkorb erwartete uns in der Küche. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles an Annehmlichkeiten: eine top ausgestattete Küche (2 Kaffeemaschinen!), viel Pool- und Strandspielzeug wie Luftmatratzen, Bodyboard, Beachball, Wasserballnetz, etc , eine sehr gute Musikanlage; u.v.m Die Betten waren großartig und die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und landestypisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ein Bäcker sowie ein Supermarkt sind in 3min Laufnähe, für größere Einkäufe findet man 10min mit dem Auto entfernt den Eroski oder den Lidl. Zu den 2 Stränden sind es knapp 10 Laufminuten, die Cala Murada-Bucht hat uns definitiv besser gefallen, da hier noch weniger los war. Wir waren wirklich so begeistert, dass wir direkt nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen!
