Enjoy the scenic 1.5-mile walkway connecting the lagoons, passing iconic resorts like the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The resort is also home to the Ko Olina Golf Course, host of the Lotte LPGA tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina, offering a variety of ocean activities. Whether you're a golfer, adventurer, or beach lover, there’s something for everyone.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 3/4 bath just off the hallway, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.

Additional amenities include:
- Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room (maximum occupancy: 8 guests, children under 2 not included in the count)
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort
- Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms with cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future.
