Enjoy amazing views and stunning sunsets from this three bedroom waterfront home overlooking Swan Pond! Launch your kayak, sailboat, or paddle board right from the private backyard. Amenities include two full bathrooms, air conditioning in living area and two bedrooms, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and bocce court. The back deck is sure to give you plenty of outdoor seating, and tons of privacy to make for a fun-filled, memorable vacation for the whole family. West Dennis Beach is only 3.4 miles away!

Other notable stops during your vacation nearby include the Red Cottage Restaurant for breakfast, Ring Brothers for all of your specialty grocery needs, Jason's Tavern, and water view dining at Clancy's!

A great house

We enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee out on the deck every morning. I would like there to be kayaks to take out on the pond .We had a really nice stay there.

Nice house, clean, pretty spot and near lots of places. Could use a binder, as many have, with all the necessary data on the house and what is required as well as how to for various amenities.

Awesome house!

We had a great time. The porch overlooking the pond was our favorite part - we spent a lot of time reading there and watching the water and the birds. It's also very convenient to the bike path, which was important to us. We rented kayaks at Cape Cod Waterways on swan river, and paddled back to the house with them. If you do this, take the tide and wind into account when you return them. We did not, and had a much harder paddle back than we'd expected. Both the rental contract and the amount of house cleaning expected at departure were more particular than I've experienced before, but I think that is probably the Cape in general, and not this house in particular. It was really neat to have access to the pond, the bike path and the nearby beaches. Highly recommended!

Great clean and fully stacked house for a small family. Fantastic view, minutes away from the Ocean public beach if not swimming in the lake. Just around the corner from the Cape Cod Rail Trail great for biking and walking. Definitely recommend and likely are coming back

Absolutely beautiful views

The property is very nice., well supplied, much better than the property management made it sound. Gorgeous views. Wish that there would have been a canoe to take out on the lake.

Beautiful home just needs some few fixes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was absolutely gorgeous. But showing kayaks, when we can't use them seemed like a bait and switch. The house had a few things that needed fixing. Sink upstairs kept clogging up, fan in the bathroom downstairs made noises like it was going to croak any minute. The floors were not mopped and definitely not swept around and under the beds. Kitchen a bit small for our group and layout very awkward. The loft is not big enough for adults to sleep without banging on the ceiling. But it is a nice to have. Can't say enough about the view from the top deck.

Quiet spot on the pond. House was very unique and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home.

Only problem was I had an issue with the stove. Realtor was very helpful and new stove was delivered in two days. Great place to stay with friends and family.

Early Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was divine--the waterfront views and private access to Swan Pond were wonderful amenities! We stayed for two weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property:) Side note for the mgmt company: the kitchen wasn't super clean when we arrived (outside of appliances were dirty, old food stains on walls, etc.) and we had a lot of difficulty using the washing machine (it turned itself off every cycle before rinsing, which required a manual switch to a rinse/drain cycle every time). There was also a LOT of poison ivy, especially on the way down to the dock--I found spray in the basement and used tools to cut back poison ivy that was hanging head-height onto the path.

The realtor was wonderful to work with. Martha Murray is the first place we’ll call when renting on the cape in the future.

nice relaxing time in a great location

Nice clean property, love the access to water. Very relaxing sitting on the dock watching the moon rise (sun rise too). Dennis Port is a great location with easy access to the rest of the Cape. For those who fish, caught two Stripers not far from the property via canoe.

Good stay with Beautiful views

Amazing views, private location. Not so private experience on our 4th day we noticed all the cameras, we didn't mind the one in the front of the house but there was one on the deck. We were extremely disappointed as we consider the deck as an outside living space where you would have privacy, I understand that it's for security but there are other measures for security that could be taken, you don't need a camera right on the deck. Lots of room for people sleeping over. The King bed was really uncomfortable, they were quick to respond to order a mattress topper which didn't show up during our stay. The extremely responsive team, the house was neat looking when we got it
