This property offers a dishwasher, air conditioning units in 3 bedrooms and main living area, dryer (no washer), internet, 2 decks, gas and charcoal grills, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Spring Road Condo

Our family had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo by the ocean. The only two suggestions I would have are, that a washer would be convenient, as this is the first home I have rented that did not have one, and it made it difficult, as we needed to go to the laundromat. The second thing was that upon our arrival, the floors were not swept. Other than those things, my family was very happy, and we would rent again. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is just about perfect......- The location couldn’t have been any better. The views are awesome, and the beach is right across the street. The yard is the only thing in-between you and the beach. - The yard was a nice added bonus for playing cornhole and whatever else. - The house is comfortable and functional. It had everything needed as far as kitchen utensils as well as beach chairs and some kids toys.- The outdoor shower is awesome to rinse off in right after the beach BUT...... if you decide to take a full blown shower, the people can easily see you from the upstairs window so be careful.- The beds were comfortable, the grill worked well, and the bedrooms and 2nd floor all had sufficient AC.- Overall this house and its location is perfect...... the only improvements I could see would be adding a washing machine (there is a dryer currently) but I understand they don’t have one because of the septic, and possibly add some sort of covering over the outdoor shower so people cannot look directly into it.- 10/10 and I will be back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great place and an upgrade from our usual place we rent. I just thought the deck furniture could be higher quality so yiur not scared it will break. And the bathroom on primary bedroom was a little small to get in and out of.. but we were glad to have it. We were used to central air so the air conditioner in living room was a little loud, but could be turned dow as needed. I really liked the sofas... it was a full and a love seat. Could use a couple more comfortable chairs if 6 people are staying there. There were a lot of stairs to main living area fyi for people not good with stairs. We did not use lower deck much. I loved all the books and views from all upstairs rooms and primary room. Outdoor shower was very roomy but someone could see in it from dining window if they tried. It had nice additional hose for feet. Fans were very nice and lighting in all rooms and outside if needed. There were also lots of beach supplies and an area for keeping those. Could use a drying line instead of having to use dryer. There were lots of things that lit up primary bedroom like ac and clocks so you need something to cover those up if you like the darkness while you sleep. Art and rugs were beautiful.
