Steal of a Deal for this Elegant Condo!

Our condo unit is in a gated complex in a quiet residential area close to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. This convenient location is close to everything: the Piestewa Peak Park, canal trail, Biltmore Hotel, golf, and many restaurants. Sky Harbor Airport is 14 minutes away; Phoenix Stadium and Old Town Scottsdale, 24 minutes away.
Our 2nd floor condo unit is newly furnished. The 1000 square-foot apartment has two bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths, an open, airy main room with vaulted ceiling, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Including the hide-a-bed couch in the main room for the occasional guest.
One bedroom has an office desk; the master bedroom has two closets, a large dresser, and a door to the porch. The beautifully maintained grounds offer a pool and hot tub. We have one designated, covered parking slot; plus there is additional parking for guests. We aim to please with competitive pricing. Perfect for couples!

Excellent rental, great location, safe location. The host is fabulous. She is quick to respond to questions. We have stayed at the rental three times and have found the same great experience. Would highly recommend this rental if staying in the Phoenix area.

Great place to stay!

Nice condo in a quiet area. My son stayed in the condo for four months while he finished his degree at ASU. The host/owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good quiet location close to shopping. Roomy 2-bedroom 2 bath condo excellent property manager. This is the second time my wife a I have stayed at this property and would stay again.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed here after our daughter's wedding. The condo was neat and clean. Kitchen well stocked with about anything you needed to cook your meal. The owner was great and kept in touch. Excellent stay, would definitely book again in the future.

Great area, perfect for long term stay!

This property was a great choice for our 3 month stay! It was clean, but being there in the summer and monsoon season resulted in bugs/crickets issue inside. Besides that, the host was very friendly and accommodating and the place was very nice and convenient. I recommend!

Stayed for month of may... It was a nice and cozy stay, her tvs had all the channels... there was only 1 issue we remembered and she was very responsive to it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. The property was perfectly located. We were able to get to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and camelback within 20 minutes. The property had everything we needed for our month stay, we really appreciated how well it was stocked. Kitchen had all the essentials, beds were comfy, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Aileen was very quick to respond if we had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

January winter ❄️ getaway

It was in a great location for us to meet up with friends and activities. I wish the pool had been heated. The kitchen was very well stocked. The weather was a bit cool but was able to get some use of the balcony. The condo did have a squeaky floor at the top of the stairs that the man below us made sure he let us know that he wasn't happy about it.

Overall great stay

This condo is everything expected and more. The property manager is really good with back and forth communication and stayed in touch during my entire stay. I stayed here for nearly 4 months and loved this place. It was perfect for what I needed and the location cannot be beat. The only reason I can’t give this a 5 star is because of an incident with the downstairs neighbor. If you do plan on staying here just know that the downstairs neighbor complains a lot about noise. Other than that the other neighbors in this community are very kind!

Fantastic Property

I stayed at this condo for several weeks and found it comfortable, inviting, and well stocked. The owner was responsive and helpful in all communications. The bed was perfect! I especially loved the convenience of the location to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a fantastic experience in every way!

Great little getaway, fantastic hosts

The Elliotts do a great job of hosting this stay. The property is fully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The pool is also a nice break from the sun. Because of COVID, my schedule was very fluid and the Elliotts were always extremely accommodating and quick with their communication. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at their property for short or long trips. Would come again!

Nice & quiet

The complex was nice and quiet and the hosts, along with property management, were gracious and responsive. With the exception of a couple of housekeeping issues, already addressed with the owner, the condo was a good value.

Beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood

Awesome stay!

Staying at this property was absolutely great and comfortable. Had to extend my stay and the property manager and property owners were so helpful with that and more than generous in the process. So thankful for them for that. Highly recommend this property!

Nice condo in a very quiet neighbourhood

Liked the location of the unit, and evening walks around the neighbourhood. Liked the nearby restsurants (lucy on the orchards) and choice of grocery stores. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and the temps were just right! The queen mattresses were not the most comfortable to sleep as is typical of mostly foam mattresses, otherwise well worth the money. Will come back next year!
