Easy ground floor access and lovely artwork are two special features of this conveniently located and beautifully outfitted one bedroom and one bathroom condo. You will really appreciate the ample and comfortable seating in the living area after being on your feet most of the day, and for entertainment you have a television set, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Set of bunk beds in the living room for extra sleeping. All the tools and utensils you need to make meals are in the fully equipped kitchen, and there are two stools at the breakfast counter. You can also eat at a nearby table with four chairs, or at the wood table and chairs on the tiled patio. In the master bedroom suite are a king-size bed, a television set in an armoire, and a bathroom that offers a sink, marble vanity counter, and a bathtub and shower combination.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
