Fancy Free is a beautiful home with spectacular, breathtaking, long views of the lake from every main bedroom! It is designed for upscale living. All primary bedrooms include private baths, TVs, and balconies. Each balcony has its own patio furniture for you to enjoy and relax in comfort.

The upper level contains two main suites with a living area/loft large enough for a sleep sofa, chairs, and a game table. The main level is a home in itself with living areas, bedroom, sleeping area and a large-screen TV. This level has many different gathering areas including a living room, dining room, new gourmet kitchen, eat-in bar, and breakfast nook. There is also a poker table on this level so you can enjoy the lake views while playing cards/games or watching your favorite team win on the large-screen TV. On this level you will also find several different seating/conversation areas: in front of the fireplace, in the living room, around the poker table, in the den off the great room, dining room table and breakfast nook table.

The lower level is designed for fun. This is where you will find a large-screen TV, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and children's play area. There is an additional full-size refrigerator and microwave on this level so you can store all those extra snacks with easy access to the yard and dock. On this level you will also find a universal gym and treadmill so, if you choose, you may keep to your personal workout schedule! Throughout the house, you will find the amenities are extensive. They include, but are not limited to, a private hot tub, jacuzzi tub, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and poker table complete with professional poker chips. There are two large-screen TVs, two private docks, a swimming dock with a beach, a children's play area, a hammock, and an adult swing. In addition, you will find even more outdoor amenities, too many to mention because they are always growing, but include a basketball hoop, swing set, fire pit, horseshoes, and lots of beach toys and lounge chairs! High-speed fiber optic internet ensures everyone stays plugged in and is great for remote work and distance learning. Other home essential include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna. Enjoy local restaurant and crab house, Tim's at Lake Anna, or great BBQ at Billiken's BBQ Company. Local shopping can be done at Dickinson's Store. Boat rentals can be found at Shipwreck Boat Rentals and other local agencies.

THINGS TO KNOW
All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.
No fireworks are allowed and quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am. These rules, as well as pet restrictions and maximum occupancy, are monitored by the HOA. They will evict guests for violating these rules.
Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Vacasa for more info.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
