The newly Remodeled Direct Oceanfront Condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and private balcony, which offers breathtaking ocean views!!! Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best. As you walk in, the wood like tile creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The new living room furniture to include sofa, loveseat, leather recliner and a 50-inch smart TV with WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has marble like countertops, new cabinetry, pantry, coffee bar w/ a built-in desk, stainless steel refrigerator w/ an ice machine, glass top stove/oven, microwave, a farm sink, island with four barstools and spices to create your favorite meals. With families in mind, the dining table seats six. The master bedroom features a king size sleep number bed, smart TV, private bathroom with a stone sink, farm door and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort-like accommodations to include two pools w/ plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. New Smyrna Pelican

Great location, steps to the beach with two pools and plenty of chairs for lounging. Convenient to shopping and Flagler Ave. condo was well kept, clean and all the amenities you could need for a beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful condo at the Pelican. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this spacious and clean condo with a great view of the ocean and access to the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and fun to entertain in. It was quiet and peaceful and a great location. Communication was clear and everything was better than expected. We’ll definitely rent here again! Thank you so much.

Well-equipped, wonderful ocean view, on the beach!

Great condo, strong Wi-Fi for those working from “home,” on the beach with great views of the Atlantic. Condo was equipped with everything you could need, great pool and deck and wonderful shower/water pressure. Definitely worth a repeat stay in this lovely Florida beach town.

July 4th Stay at The Pelican

We loved the condo and its location. Updated interior with easy access to the pool/beach. Location to restaurants and Flagger Ave was convenient. Couple areas of improvement: 1-Dryer was getting clothes hung up and needed maintenance. 2-The wristband system is out dated. Being there during the 4th of July week they have someone monitoring access to the property (as the should), but the Pelican needs to have a better option instead of the permeant bracelets they leave in the condo. The Pelican needs to consider disposable bracelets that vary in color each week.

Would stay again!

It felt like home. We had a great view of the ocean and pools from our balcony. Beds were comfy and when we weren’t out and about we had everything we needed to relax as a family, make dinner, etc. We got in super late and we’re so happy to see some snack foods available. We replaced them during the week, and purposefully left behind our puzzle and some goodies that hopefully others will enjoy!

This location was absolutely beautiful, very safe and worth the money!

Our condo was located on the second floor with easy access to the pool and ocean! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and cute! We had friends staying in other condos and ours was up to date and had all the amenities one could want. Other properties were lacking in the things you may forget and it was quite helpful! The push button key made the room very accessible for the kids and not an issue for those coming and going! The view was amazing from the front room as the large open glass sliders created such a nice breeze and view! My only complaint was the dryer wasn’t that great, it kept stopping and catching suit strings and short stings! Flagler St, the main Street with all the shops and restaurants was with in walking distance, nice for sun setting ice cream adventures! Over all we were very satisfied and hope to come back for future visits!

Impeccably clean, excellent location, 5 stars!! … but leave the infants home

This property has everything — the ocean view, the location, the amenities, the space and a totally, wonderfully stocked kitchen. It was easy to “move in” and feel right at home! The manager and staff for check in was easy and if we needed anything, everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will definitely return but probably not for a few years. We have infant toddlers (twins who are 20 months) and a 3 year old. They all need baths (ie. bathtubs) and the two gorgeous bathrooms on property (shower heads even had adjustable pressure which was so amazing) didn’t work for our kids… so we did sponge baths which mostly ended up with us wet and the kids screaming. Outside of that, the home is beautifully decorated… with lots of potential glass breakables. We sectioned off an area of the home to “quarantine” things and keep them safe but it was a bit stressful making sure nothing broke! (For the record, we are proud to brag not one scratch of damage occurred but probably lots and lots of fingerprints 2 ft and below :-) ) So, tips for the future guest— DEFINITELY rent. But if your kids are tornados or need actual baths, I’d suggest waiting until they’re a little older so you can truly enjoy this spot.

Peaceful condo

Loved the pelican and this condo was great. Middle of June and no one was hardly on beach or at pools. Only issue we had was we got there at 4, an hour after check in time and the cleaner was still there and trying to finish up. Then there wasn’t any wash rags in bathrooms so we had to go buy 5 luffas. Condo was very clean and up to date and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to new Smyrna

Nice Property

The whole process was effortless. Great communication with the property manager. One toilet was clogged on arrival and the dining table and a vanity counter had not been cleaned, but all in all it was very nice. I would rent the property again.

Very Well Equipped Rental and Clean

This was possibly the best equipped rental we've stayed in. Everything you need for preparing food, and storage etc. Comfortable furniture, great WIFI, and the bathrooms were very nice. This condo is one of the best in NSB, with two pools, and amazing ocean views. The property is very well kept, and people are very friendly. We enjoyed our two weeks for sure. Also, the property manager was very accessible, an answered promptly the one time I had a question. Great stay!

Family Reunion

This condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed in the 10+ years we have been doing this in NSB. The agent was very responsive to any questions that came up and we had no problems. Condo was quite and had everything needed and then some.

It is very open and roomy with an updated flare. Image yourself sitting on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease and there are no large crowds and vehicles going by, just nature at its best.

Oceanfront complex with 600 feet of beach/oceanfront property is perfect offering an oceanfront pool, which is heated in the winter and shuffle board courts. There are poolside lounge chairs to soak up the sun, large shaded areas to cool off and gas grills throughout.
