Beach Condo A3 Ocean views,Pool,In-Town,Paddle bd,Kayaks,Bikes,Beach equip

Centrally located in the heart of the village, 100 ft to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to town. Setting is a private courtyard with swimming pool located on the north side of town with gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean. Also includes paddle board, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/umbrella. We have all the toys!

The property has 6 rental Condos – 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath. Please contact owner for availability and pricing of individual units.

The condos are on the 1,2,and 3rd floor, approximately 650 to 900 sq ft of living space with beach/ocean view patios (note: 1st floor condos have limited views). The condo has a open bright airy design and is tastefully decorated. The large private patios surround the condo and provide ample area for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors.
-Kitchen/Dining/Family area is a modern open design with center-island (4 stools) and granite counter tops. It is well equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, 6 or 4 burner stove/oven and all the essential small appliances with separate dining area.
-The family area has couch seating with a flat screen TV, Streamer TV Boxes and Wireless Internet . It opens up (double sliding glass doors) to large beach/ocean view patio. The patio is fully furnished with lounge seating and table/chairs for outdoor enjoyment. BBQ equipment is available upon request.
-The 1st bedroom has a king or queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, each bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items.
-Ceiling fans are extensive throughout the condo, kitchen/family/dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms. (5) in total.
-A/C (3 mini-splits) are available, (kitchen/dining/family area and both bedrooms),.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of condo and 2 patio areas. Shared common areas includes swimming pool and courtyard.
Interaction with guests
Management will greet guests upon arrival, do a walk through, and ensure guests are familiar with details: (electronic door codes, internet access, safe deposit codes, cleaning schedule, house rules, etc). As requested, will provide information regarding town activities, restaurants, local tours, how-to, etc. Management is available should guests need additional assistance.

Street parking is readily available.

Rentals during the Christmas/Holiday season require a 7 night minimum stay.

Spring Break with teens

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and bright and quiet. The location—right next to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and the square—was perfect for us.

The Perfect Location

Jim and Theresa are the perfect hosts. Friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated and the perfect location. Super close to the beach and the Paradise Beach Club where we had lunch and breakfast. We highly recommend this property!

Tranquil

We walked all around and felt safe here. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. Souvenirs are cheapest at the grocery store. Be careful how much they charge for souvenirs at Puerto Morrellos. This place was very close to the beach and it is beautiful. I heard several times from other tourists that they prefer Puerto Morrelos over Cancun because it is less crowded.

Great spot to enjoy PM

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location and amenities. The views were fantastic. We used the very nice paddle boards and also took advantage of the bikes to ride over to the colonial side. We used the pool once. It got a little cloudy as views from our room especially when compared to the beautiful deep blue pool next door. But other than that, our stay was perfect. Great eight night stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice, Great Location

Dos Delfines has everything you need for a relaxing get away. Grab chairs and umbrellas downstairs and be set up on the beach in 5 minutes or jump on a bike and take a brief ride to restaurants. As a couple of recommendations, I would suggest La Petita (closes at 8:00) and try the Pechidilla Carzón (shark), I Wanna Pizza (not your traditional pizza place so try the Life is Peachy but we are there twice and all 4 pizzas were great), Tacos.com and Underground Burger (great burger). The local grocery store is a short bike ride away and you have to go to Chedraui’s in the morning to check out all the fresh breads and pastries. Buy a couple of bags as they do not bag groceries. Overall great experience on our first trip to Puerto Morelos and staying at Dos Delfines! Probably will not be our last. Thank you Jim and Amanda.

Wonderful stay at Dos Delfines

We can agree to all the good reviews for this object. It is clean, spacious, well equipped. And the best is the location! Only 20 steps and you are on a wonderful beach! The seagrass is put away daily, so you have a beach here! The communication with Jim was very good. He gave us detailed information before we arrived and there is a binder with all the necessary infos you might need. And there is Amanda and her team to welcome you and to introduce you to the condo. She is always there if there is a problem, she gets it fixed instantly! Thanks a lot Amanda and team, you are doing a great job! We had the condo on the ground floor and we loved it. Direct access to the beach and our teenager children loved their direct access to the pool. The veranda is spacious, much room for four. It was our living room, always shady. Dos Delfines was our best stay here in Mexico so far. Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed our stay near the beach. We reused our 2 towels incessantly for showers over the week.

We paid our cellular provider extra for Mexican high speed internet but even sitting over the router extender we basically had no internet. That would be ok but we had to navigate our standby flight and ultimately change flights, which requires internet. Beyond that, we used the pool but not the other amenities, which were the reason for booking this condo, except for beach chairs. No other issues except some off gassing smell permeating the condo. We got rid of it by slightly opening windows while we were out. The bedrooms connect by going thru one to the other. FYI if you are not a family traveling together! All in all, we enjoyed our getaway before school started.

Great location

Great location. Very close to the beach and with in walking distance to the center of town, as well as many restaurants. Enjoyed being able to use the bikes. Jim was accommodating and responsive to messages.

Great location, family friendly.

We stayed on second floor A2. We had a nice partial view of the ocean with a large balcony. Condo is very clean upon arrival and spacious. Everything you need in the kitchen is there, even kid friendly plates. They provide clean filtered water. We stayed 2 weeks and the condo was cleaned twice during our stay. The building's walls are thick and heavy duty so you can't hear people next to you or above you. Manager Amanda is great and very helpful. Jim the owner lives on the top floor and he is very friendly as well. Bikes and various beach toys such a paddle boards,kayaks, life jackets all sizes,kids beach toys, pool toys available. I recommend riding the bikes down to Punta Brava. Make sure you go to the Colonia and try some food there. El Poblano had the best pastor tacos. Excellent vacation all around. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Puerto Morelos location

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Jim's Dos Delfines property. Perfectly clean place. Less than 100 yards off the beach with some good ocean views. 10 minutes or less walk from downtown restaurants and bars. When we had issues with the hot water heater, Jim and his team responded within minutes and had the problems fixed quickly. Communication with Jim was outstanding. He responded to all of our pre-travel questions ranging from airport travel to covid testing usually within the hour as well as during our visit. Jim was there to personally check us in upon arrival. We would eagerly look for this place again on our next trip to the region.

Perfect Place

Enjoyed two beautiful weeks in this second floor conndo. Great unit, super clean, spacious, and looked newly renovated. Keyless entry so you don't need to remember your key was great! Steps from the beach and a few blocks walking or riding into town for all our needs. Loved the availability of beach bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. Jim and his staff are always around and helpful. We will absolutely be back to this condo.

Fantastic property!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. Everything about this was amazing: the location steps from the beach, the view of the ocean from the balcony, access to the bikes, SUPs, and kayaks, and the friendliness of our hosts, amazing!!! It was our first stay at this property in our home away from home PM, and definitely will not be the last. Thank you Jim for being so gracious. See you again!

Two perfect weeks

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well decorated, ocean view and easy access to the center of town. Jim was always available for any small issue we might have had. The beach around the corner from the building was pristine and never crowded.

Excellent!!!

We stayed in A-3, on the third floor. The view was lovely from the large, outside patio. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the many little touches, from the quality of the linen/bedding, to the decorations and furniture. There were a whole lot of sport toys, including life vests, kayaks and bicycles. We used the paddle board-So good! The location is fantastic, close to the center, but one block from the beach. We didn't bother with shoes as the walk to the beach took no time and was easy. We always found parking right next to the condo, for our rental car. Yes, this is a gem!!!

Location Location!

We really liked our flat with ocean view and esp. the people that run in. Everything was new and just steps to the ocean. Location couldn’t be better as it is quiet at night and a short walk to the restaurants and town center. Bikes, beach chairs, unbrellas etc. everything included! Perfect! We will be returning!
