Ocean View, Pool Side, Walk out to the Beach

APATB III-II, Unit 3N - Our condo is located in the center building at A Place at the Beach III on Shore Drive next to the popular Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar. It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with a fabulous view of the ocean as well as a view of one of the two pools in the complex and the swash. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Flooring throughout the condo is non-carpeted, laminate. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, plates, cookware, appliances, disposal, etc. Washers and dryers are available on the first floor of the building.

The building sits directly on the beach. So when you step out of the building, you step onto the sand. You simply can’t get any closer! Because there are only three floors, there are no elevators to contend with. The two pool areas are furnished with lounge chairs. There are also two picnic areas with charcoal grills and picnic tables for use. There are great amenities within walking distance including a general store, souvenir shop, eateries, and golf cart rental. And it’s only a short drive to many other restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses. Tanger outlets and Arcadian Shores Golf Club are less than three miles away.
