This condo sits a few steps away from beautiful Whitecap Beach, providing excellent access to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you're looking for another beach to explore, you'll be less than 10 miles north of Padre Island National Seashore. The center of Corpus Christi is only 23 miles inland, where you can shop, dine, and visit the Texas State Aquarium and Hurricane Alley Waterpark. The North Padre Sea Wall Beach is within walking distance. The area provides plentiful dining and shopping options, and The National Sea Shore offers hiking, paddling, and fishing.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
