Escape to your new favorite place on Hilton Head! Shorewood Villas continue to be a perfect destination for repeat guests year after year and unit 436 is at the top! The beautiful landscaped common areas, the zero entry pool, hot tub and kiddie pool all with nice bathroom facilities are among some of the reasons that guest return to Shorewood.
This complex is on the ocean in the heart of it all near Coligny Plaza. Walk to shops & restaurants, you may never have to get in your car the whole trip!
You have more than enough space in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo up on the 4th Floor. The master King bedroom has great views and your own entrance to the patio plus the master bath has a nice large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen & twin with a bathroom that has a nice updated tub/shower combo. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Kitchen is stocked and you have anything you would need to cook a meal, updated and clean.
The Living Room is perfect for gathering in front of the 55" inch Flat Screen. Your balcony has spectacular ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Shorewood 436 has all the comforts of home, wireless internet and flat screen TVs.

Great location, comfy, cute condo with fantastic views of ocean. Had everything we needed for a long weekend at beach. Do not rent beach gear!! They have everything you need- umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. The extra gear became a nuisance. Would stay again!

Family vacation

Property was in a great location. Quick and easy walk to the beach. We have 3 little ones so it wasnt a hassle to walk back up to the room. We loved that the owner had a beach wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc. It made everything so much easier for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Shorewood 436

Property overall is great. Great location(beachfront, close to shops and restaurants, central island location), great pool, and well manicured property. Inside the unit was spacious and, for the most part, clean. Furniture is different than pictures, but nice. I would stay here again if travelling to HHI.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths a large family area and decent kitchen. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect. A great pool and a private boardwalk to the beach. The beach area is typically just families in the complex so not as crowded as the public beach sections down the street. An easy walk or bike to Coligny Plaza. A closet FULL of beach gear was a fun surprise.

Beautiful views

We absolutely loved the location and views, checkin and check out process was great! The only complaint I have is that the condo was not cleaned very well…jelly was all over the drawer handles and splatters of something all over above the cabinets and on kitchen ceiling, bathroom vanity drawers were also dirty inside…I really do hate to complain but we have stayed at Shorewood for the last 4 years and have never had an issue but this was the dirtiest that we have stayed in thus far, I just feel for the price it should be clean

Lovely Beachside Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at a Shorewood Condo with a beautiful ocean view and short walk to the beach. The unit we stayed in was up to date, well appointed & well maintained. I especially appreciated the starter supplies, ample kitchen ware and the multiple hooks, in both bathrooms, for hanging wet towels and bathing suits. I also was pleased with the text messages system from Seashore vacation, which provided essential info for the unit and the actual time it was available for move in on check in day. This system helped provide a stress free stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit although a bit dated in some furnishing. Sofa is old and needs replacement.Toilet in main suite has issues. It runs and it makes noises when sitting and getting up. Something moves in the wall behind the toilet and it needs adjustment. Also, stain in hall ceiling should be repaired. Hot tub was not functioning properly one of the days and the rule indicating children under 12 not permitted was not being observed. Many small children were in the HT and this affected enjoyment by adults.

Its distance to coligny is so convenient. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condos have everything you would need. The pool is beautiful! And if you have the slightest problem you have someone there in 5 minutes to fix it! Everyone is so nice too! I even have some friends using seashore now.

We’ve been to Shorewood a few times, but this was our first experience with this particular condo. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. It would have been nice to see a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom replace the single bed. The queen bed in that room was nice. The master bedroom was nice as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room was comfortable. The exterior balcony lights were not working, but we didn’t mind and let the management company know.
