The Space:

The Queen master bedroom is dressed in island finery with private bathroom, walk in shower, and flat screen TV makes for the perfect retreat.

The second bedroom offers two twin sized beds and an attached bathroom that also opens into the hallway. You can "cook your catch" in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.



We stock the condo with the following items to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom; one roll of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap.



Guest Access:

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental.

Tavernier is a great choice for travelers interested in kayaking, scenery, fishing, diving, sunsets and an all around wonderfully relaxing time.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please treat me home as if it was your own.



*BUILDING 1 is having balcony work done.

Please do not use the balcony if spalling work is being done on your balcony. They will be working Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5:30pm.







PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.

MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
