Welcome to Little Drip, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage retreat on Folly Beach. With its updated cottage-chic decor and natural beachy tones, this cozy getaway offers a refreshing atmosphere filled with natural light. Enjoy your own slice of paradise just steps from the beach!

Features:
Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, and a 50” HDTV. The open floor plan connects the living room to the kitchen and the screened porch.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white countertops, and a beautiful aquamarine tile backsplash, perfect for whipping up delicious meals.

Bedroom: Comfortable bedroom off the kitchen, equipped with a king bed and a 40" 4K TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Outdoor Space: Step outside to a screened-in porch with cozy outdoor furniture and string lights, ideal for relaxing with a book. Just steps away, enjoy an 11’x14’ heated pool, offering an oceanside oasis for a refreshing dip.

Great experience at Folly. Location is perfect as its tucked away from the hustle of Central St! Full of old Folly charm! Pool was perfect for adult relaxation. Houses are rather close so a lot of noise at property next door did not make for a relaxing day (i.e. property maintenance/yard work)

Such a great little property!

This was my second stay at Little Drip. It is perfect for a couple - everything you need and nothing you don't. Excellent proximity to the beach, great heated plunge pool.

10/10 short getaway!

The location is perfect! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary! This location is perfect for a couple! We loved the private plunge pool and just a few steps to the ocean! A short drive for some yummy food and 30 mins to Charleston! We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Quaint and cozy cottage with very sketchy and unreliable internet service. Updated interior and lovely pool but no instructions on its use ( ie lighting, etc ). Overall great getaway for two just don’t expect to be connected to the internet.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and we LOVED the location! To be able to walk out the back door and see the ocean/walk on the beach was AMAZING! Having a pool too was a plus! The only downside was the back sliding door was really hard to open and close. But besides that we loved everything about it. We did have an issue with the keypad getting back into the house a couple days into our trip but I called and they were very helpful and quick to get someone there with a couple set of keys for us to use for the rest of our stay! We would love to stay here again, and bring our two younger children with. The beach was quiet, clean and not busy at all. I would highly recommend this place 🙂

Love spending time here

We have vacationed here since 1993. And this is the only time we have had an issue with the property we stayed at. The heated pool was broken our entire stay and while things like that are going to happen the way it was handled was very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the owner knowing the property is managed like this. I will be extremely selective picking my next rental on the island as not to select this specific management company. #disappointed

The morning after this guest arrived, we were contacted because the pool was “too warm for them.” Immediately, we called our pool tech to verify the pool was heating properly. He found an error with the temperature display, but confirmed the pool was heating to 100 degrees (via thermometer). The pool also has a functioning failsafe so it cannot go above 100 degrees. All of which was explained to the guest. The guest did not like this explanation, so we ended up turning the pool heat off to help cool the pool. Hours later, the guest called again saying it was still too hot. At that time, a member of our team visited to find the pool at a comfortable 89 degrees. As a gesture of good faith, our team provided a refund due for the troubles with the pool heater. In actuality, the only issue with the pool heater was the temperature display.
