There is an open concept kitchen layout, a large spacious living and dining area with high ceilings creates a bright and airy feel. A large cute Den/Family room or 5th Bedroom off the living area on the 1st floor can accommodate extra guests or friends with extra sleeping sofa bed, flat screen tv and add'l seating for adults or kids.

2nd Floor: 3 Spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a large hallway separating rooms for privacy.

*This ocean beach house has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement for renters.
*This rule is does not apply to families with children.
*We can offer you a 5% discount if you book 45 days in advance in the Months of September -November.

*Summer/Fall Rentals are Weekly or Monthly. 6 Night minimum required. Monthly discounts offered.
Rental dates are flexible and specific exceptions will be made. (check-in is typically Monday 4pm and check out on 10am Sundays)

*All guests must sign a lease and fill out guest information form including a photo license
to gain access to rent property and approval.
