The ground-level entry foyer shows off easy-care tile flooring that is found throughout the villa. To the right is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Straight ahead are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 queen-size beds and the other with a king bed. Each bedroom has a TV, windows with a beach view and a slider door to the patio, and a recently renovated private bath with tiled walk-in shower.

To the left of the foyer, a spiral staircase leads to the 2nd level and the villa's common areas. The living room features a high cathedral ceiling, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a comfortable seating group, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the ocean facing balcony. The adjoining dining room has a table with seating for 6 and a second wall of windows with a slider to the balcony. Along with the panoramic beach view, the awning-shaded balcony offers an outdoor dining table for 4.

Behind the dining room is a galley kitchen with all full-size appliances, new countertops, and a breakfast/serving counter with 2 stools. A full size bathroom is located just past the kitchen with a tub/shower combination.

Another spiral staircase goes to the 3rd level where there is a secluded primary suite with a queen-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, a large window overlooking the ocean, and a renovated private bath with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beach Villa, Hilton Head, South Carolina is located in an ocean front complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, directly on the ocean and steps away from an on-site pool, open April through September. The Beach Villa Hilton Head complex is close to the Dune House Restaurant. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit 2 cars MAX.
