Hilton Head Beach & Tennis 148B is a first-floor unit in the Oceanfront Buildings. This villa offers a landscape view with a glimpse of the ocean and is conveniently located just 300 steps from the beach!

The living space is open to the kitchen and offers a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, a full-size futon, and access to the private balcony. This villa is decorated with bright, beachy colors, and there are new wood floors throughout the living space.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there is also a Murphy bed in the hall for additional sleeping. Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the villa; there are coin-operated facilities located onsite.

At Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, you can enjoy the beach, the complex pool, tennis courts, and several dining options! Bike trails are right outside the gate, and lead to many of the other sites that the island has to offer.

This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Felt like home away from home

This place is perfect for a single mom traveling with kids. Pool and beach are steps away from condo. Laundry room close to room also. Safe area with lots of security.

4th of July stay

We really enjoyed staying in your condo. Only changes needed is TV in bedroom did not work Fan and light on porch did not work either. Everything else was perfect. Will stay here again!

Great Location but Condo needs some work

We’ve stayed at the HHIBTC for 7 years now and this was by far the most unsatisfactory stay we’ve had. The steps from beach/pool far outweigh any of the negatives but for the price we paid there are a few things that we felt needed to be addressed. Positives- Plenty of beach/pool gear, well equipped kitchen, extra 1/2 bath, plenty of towels and great location on property Negatives - Sliding glass door was busted/almost falling apart(they offered to come fix but we didn’t want to be bothered during our vacay), porch light and fan didn’t work, chair was ripped, sectional couch was covered in sand and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, lots of dust in corners and on light fixtures, no closet space for clothes due to extra 1/2 bath, 10 year old daughter found a box of condoms in the bathroom cabinet, trash under bed in bed room, hideaway bed was hard to sleep on, front door sticks something fierce(impossible to not wake people up in the am if you wanted to leave early for a beach walk or grab coffee) Overall we wouldn’t stay in this condo again but will definitely be coming back to HHIBTC

The stay is okay

Good location but the bedroom is smaller, not ideal for a 4-5 member’s family. There is no dishwasher in kitchen which is disappointing.

Great honeymoon stay

We had an amazing stay at HH Beach and Tennis! Spent a week here for our honeymoon and loved the easy access to the pool and beach which were just steps away and that the kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies for us to make food and eat in often. The home was pretty clean, only complaint is that the floors were pretty dirty and could have been more thoroughly swept before we arrived. Overall very content with our stay.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis

We loved the pool and beach! The location was perfect… close to great restaurants, shopping, entertainment and events. The villa itself had many things that were not working. Balcony light and fan didn’t work. TV in the bedroom didn't work. Ice maker and sink stopper were broken. (we ended up buying one) Balcony area was not clean….toys everywhere, sand everywhere and even partially eaten food left on the table. Yuck! No blinds near the front door which caused light to shine in from hallway all night making it uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the hallway bed. The wifi code that was emailed to us was inaccurate. When we noticed a different code on the router, we were able to connect only in main room. All this was made more challenging because there is not a Vacasa rep on-site. Someone visited to confirm that items were not working and then we didn’t get any follow up. Poor customer service! Next visit… we will not book through Vacasa!

Great Stay!

Location and beach were incredible but they shouldn't say 2 bed 2 bath.the 2nd bedroom is the hallway and the 2nd bath is a toilet and sink in the old closet.and they should tell you that theres a super bright light in the hallway that keeps the 2 "bedrooms" lit all night.i didn't sleep well all week.

The half bath was a toilet in one closet in the MB, vanity in the other. No pictures of this on the website. Condo needs updating. Couldn’t tell from the photos how small this unit was, even for just 2 people! Very good location and being on 1st floor was good.

Cute Small Beachy Condo

This is a cute small place to hang out when you are not at the pool, beach, or checking out the area. If you are looking for something that is like a cottage you would rent, this is it. Not spectacular but very good for the price. A little worn, but clean. The property is amazing. You couldn't ask for a better pool, with a great schedule of activities, the ocean is right there, and there is a bar/restaurant right next to the pool. I think there was a smaller pool. Again, the condo is a little older. I have a condo in FL on the ocean that would rent out for 2,500. This was 700 plus taxes, etc. Completely adequate. We were comfortable here. If you are looking for high end, not it. If you are looking for a cute, small, decent place to hang out - go for it!

Escape from the Quarantine

My family and I were looking for an affordable getaway after being in quarantine in Virginia since March and this property fit the bill nicely. Great location, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for the beach- chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. Our only small complaint was that the living seating was not very comfortable and the TV was quite small. However none of those things were too bad at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Location Location

The location of this property is great, it is right next to the beach with a very short walking distance and close to the pool. The property itself is very aged, mattresses need replacing it was difficult to get a good night sleep. The first single bed as you walk though the main door is good for a quick nap but not for a full night sleep. My daughter was ok on it but I tried it one night and was not able to sleep. It is in an area where the light pours in from the entryway. That tall window needs to be covered up so it is dark at night. There is also many people coming in very late at night and they are loud and no considerate of others trying to sleep.
