Single Family With Pool in the West End

I had a time sensitive package delivered to the house which was labeled as such on the outside of the package. I arrived at the house within 15 minutes of being notified it was delivered. The package was not outside. I checked with the neighbors and no one had it. I contacted the company and told them the package had not been delivered. They researched it and sent me a photo of the package at my door. I text the renter asking about the package. 30 minutes after my text she responded her friend took it inside to be helpful. Helpful would have been texting me , “ you got a package delivered would you like us to bring it in?” I asked if they were at the house she replied they were at dinner. I then asked where the package was left , she told me and I informed her I was going to get it. I went into the house, into the room where the package was, got it and left. I’d hardly say that is entering “my house” without permission. The lease also states that I may enter. The renter was less than prompt in communicating with me from the beginning. She asked for an early check invia email through the vrbo platform. I emailed her at her personal email address, she never acknowledged the email. I followed up with a text, she never responded and also called and she didn’t answer. She finally answered when I called the Tuesday before check-in after me trying to contact her for close to 2 weeks. The house was left fine so I said I’d rent to her again but she lacks in communication and manners in my opinion.
