Pelican's Landing 101 is an oceanfront condo with 180 degrees of ocean views on first floor of Pelican's Landing. This end unit has extra windows to see the beach from northern to southern exposures, perfect for morning sunrises. Owners have renovated the kitchen and three bathrooms completely. Condo also has been newly painted with new furniture, bedding and appliances. The homeowner associated has renovated the entire exterior, adding hurricane prevention sliders and windows and have totally rebuilt both balconies. The living room and all 3 bedrooms come equipped with wall-mounted TVs and FREE Wi-Fi access. Screened balcony off the living area and an additional private balcony off the master suite are furnished with table and chairs, great for enjoying morning coffee or nighttime fireworks. This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and room for storage on the entry porch for beach gear.

Oceanfront pool and barbecue grill are conveniently located within steps of the unit. A second larger pool with kiddie pool, children's playground, picnic tables and another grilling area are also located on Pelican's Landing property across Shore Drive. This unit is also conveniently located within feet to stairs and covered parking. Two parking passes are included. Two elevators and luggage carts are also available for your convenience.

IN THE AREA:
Pelican's Landing is the perfect family vacation centrally located for all types of entertainment. It's within walking distance to Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's Beach Bar. Flip Flop's Grill, a mini-mart, and scooter and bike rentals are across the street. Grocery stores, Tanger's Outlets, Wall-Mart, and Myrtle Beach Mall are within a few miles. Family fun is only minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Alley, House of Blues, Carolina Opry and Pirates Voyage are just a few of the many attractions. Golfers will enjoy many easy-to-reach golf courses; Arcadian Shores Golf Course is only two miles from the condo. Many elaborate mini golf attractions are available for the kid in all of us. Pelican's Landing is the perfect vacation spot!

Arcadian Shores condo

Beautifully decorated with all updated decor. Very close to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The view of the ocean from the screen porch and balcony were spectacular. Easy access to parking and elevator for handicapped use. Highly recommend this condo for 6!

Clean, comfortable, perfect location

My family has been going to Myrtle Beach for 30+ years. We typically stay in the area of Apache Pier and found this condo to be beyond our expectations. Cute and Cozy Perfection!

First off- the location can’t be beat! Right between North Myrtle and Myrtle beach it allowed easy access to everything! The condo was located beach front, directly above the pool and the views were great, parking never an issue and we were able to walk to several nearby places for lunch. The check-in and out process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced anywhere- hotels included! Communication with the owners was awesome and like texting with a friend- including restaurants and info on where to go for fireworks. Next let’s talk about the condo itself- it looked exactly as pictured. Very clean and cozy and fully stocked with anything you could possible need to include extras like pool noodles, and insulated cups. Finally- a thing I initially thought was a little odd but then I ended up loving- there’s this little lockable drop zone as you enter the condo that you can drop all your sandy items and throw stuff in the laundry BEFORE tracking sand into the condo. This place is absolute perfection and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, cozy stay!

I love the beach

Property is beautiful and very well kept. This was a girls trip and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Myrtle Beach. We only had two issues which were taken care of quickly. I will definitely come back.

Great vacation stay

Wonderful stay!

We’ve traveled to Myrtle for years, and this was by far the simplest experience for check-in/out. Communication was quick & easy with the owners, the bathrooms are all recently updated and you can’t beat the first floor with quick access to pool, grilling space and easy beach access. Definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Great Place

This was the best and most hassle free rental that I ever did in Myrtle Beach. The condo is everything that was advertised. The owners are great!!! They treat you like family making sure everything was ok during your stay. I highly recommend if you love the ocean and pool right at your feet. Thank you to the owners we had a great week 👍👍

Dream Vacation

The owners made us feel so welcome and were very clear on their instructions on our stay during the week of May 15-22. The condo was clean and nicely decorated in a beach house design. We love the screened in porch to watch the oceanfront during our meals. The attractions were close by which made our visit wonderful.

Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I decided to schedule a last minute beach getaway Holly and Jack made the booking process very easy and were available to answer any question we had. The place is beautifully decorated as pictured in the photos with a great view of the beach. The location allows easy pool and beach and within walking distance to many food establishments. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our November vacation! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was obvious the unit had just been fully cleaned, which always makes you feel more comfortable. The owners checked on us and made sure we didn’t need anything. The screened in patio was the best! Our 2 year old took her toys out there and called it “her beach house” and I didn’t have to panic every time she got close to the railing. The location was perfect both in relation to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. If we find our way back to Myrtle, we would definitely try to stay here again! Thanks, Holly and Jack!

We are owners to this unit as of January 2019. We have updated the interior, renovated all our bathrooms and have provided all new furniture and bedding in the condo. Our HOA has renovated the entire exterior of the complex. It is the best place on Shore drive in our opinion. We look forward to providing a beautiful and comfortable living space at the beach.

We have vacationed at Pelican's Landing for over 30 years, finding it the perfect vacation place for our family. We had always dreamed of owning an oceanfront property. We are eager to provide your family with the opportunity for the same wonderful experiences. The condo is situated directly oceanfront and has 180 degrees of oceanfront views. The first floor makes it very convenient to access the beach, oceanfront pool, and parking area. We look forward to working with you!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo has a unique location on the beachfront. This end unit allows visitors spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean. Extra windows give more light to the living areas and the queen bedroom. Visitors can view dolphins roaming up and down the coast just sitting on the screened porch. Our location is the most convenient in the building in relationship to the stairs and the elevators. The surrounding area is also convenient to many restaurants, attractions, and golfing for your family vacation.
