Welcome in to this beautiful four bedroom plus 3 bathroom home located right on the water in the Channel Islands Harbor! This home is beautifully upgraded with modern style appliances and decorations. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the harbor with plenty of outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the wonderful weather that Ventura County has to offer. Sit down, relax and enjoy a glass of wine with your family as you watch the boats pass by! There is a gorgeous large kitchen for dining, large living room for entertaining, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole family. Nearby Boating, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Nearby restaurants, local shops.

Gorgeous location but some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was beautiful, but a couple of issues couldn't be resolved and dampened the trip. The master bedroom of all rooms had sheer curtains and no shades and it was like sleeping in broad daylight. Bring your eye masks. The house had a very sour odor and we finally decided it was coming from the laundry room. If these two items were solved we would give it 4 stars instead of a 3 star trip.

So spacious, so comfortable, so well-equipped - right on the waterway and just a short walk to the ocean. Everything from kitchen to bedrooms is just impeccable - and the deck over the water is such a treat! Oh and the quality of communication with the team at Gold Coast was exemplary. Highly recommended...

Beautiful property on the water

This is a wonderful house in a great location! We had a family gathering in Oxnard and this property was the perfect place to stay. It’s large, well appointed and has everything needed to bbq and cook. Very easy to correspond with the property managers. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is just beautiful with all the best amenities. And Remax has been so responsive to all of the requests that we have made. They are friendly and accommodating. We love looking forward to another summer in Paradise and hate leaving when our time is over.

Great getaway dock home!

Really enjoyable Channel Island Harbor dock home. Loved the ‘great room’ ground floor with huge kitchen center island where we spent most of our time. We loved the ‘floppy’ sectional couch so much we spent time trying to find it online to possibly purchase one for our home. Deck and dock get good sun all day. All four rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Very short walk to ocean. Top quality kayak for use in the channel. Could use a couple so more people can go out together. Two BBQ’s (gas and charcoal). We cook a lot so could have used a few more pans but what is there is adequate. Nice neighbors; enjoyed conversations with them. We rent dock homes in Channel Islands a few times a year to put our boat in the water and some family time together - this is now one of our favorites! We will be back!

Fantastic location, great property, admin side of renting is not friendly

We felt bullied by REMAX as they imposed on us some requirements to disclose the address weeks after collecting the full stay payment. We found the floor of the house very dirty which was a disappointment considering the price of the clean fee of the rental. Kitchen equipment was sub par but overall it was a very experience.

Place to go and did not want to leave

Very spacious.The place is set up perfect for a large family, couples who want to get away . The kitchen was outstanding . It is set up perfect for cooking , hanging out .The sofa and beds were so comfy.We enjoyed the beach, a short maybe 5 minute walk. You have to check out any of the excursions for the islands . We did the Santa Cruz Island trip . Kayaked, hiked for the day. We were blessed to see at least a 1000 dolphins in the ocean being free as can be . Sitting on the balconies of the boat docks is the best . We have stayed on the beach, but love the boat docks better . Neighbors around us are very friendly .Hands down, better than a hotel stay for short or long term stays .Cannot wait to stay again. The ultimate

Very clean and beautifully decorated, the space felt like home right away. The giant windows look out onto the canal, where we wasted no time pouring a drink and hanging out on the porch to watch the boats float by. Very relaxing experience. In the morning, we took the short walk to the ocean and spent the day on the sand. The rental is so close, we were able to come back and forth for food breaks or refills:) I loved the proximity to everything we needed and how private the home felt nestled on the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and the beds are incredibly comfy! Would highly recommend this place to a friend. Thank you for letting us experience the most comfortable and much-needed vacation spot!

COVID Safe Getaway.

We had a nice COVID safe weekend getaway at this property. It was a beautiful home thats perfectly appointed for that weekend retreat. It has everything you'll need to cook some fantastic meals and enjoy the scenery with a glass of wine.

Wonderful Week-Long Stay with the Family

This is a beautiful property, recently renovated throughout the interior, with one of the best equipped and laid-out kitchen we have encountered in any rental. It was a perfect location for the July 4 retreat with out family of three adult couples and two children. If you like the online photos, you will love the real-life property. An added plus is the location on the Harbor with a dock for kayaking and fishing, plus an easy walk to the Beach. We hope to return next year.

Christmas at Waterfront Wonderland

We had an amazing time over the holidays with our family. The house was spacious enough for our entire family and felt cozy and homey. We spent most of our time in the open space downstairs where everyone can be in the kitchen, patio and family room. It is a great space to cook, drink and be merry with loved ones. The place was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. We stayed 4 nights and the only criticism I could make would be to have a vacuum in a closet. We went to the beach and were in and out of the house so we tracked in some sand and small dust. So it would have been nice to be able to clean up along the way. Aside from that we enjoyed our holiday together and would highly recommend this rental for families who want to spend quality time together. We had a baby with us so some of us were up early and got to see the sunrise and the view was spectacular from the patio! Thank you for sharing the home so we could create such great memories!

Thanksgiving Gathering

Property was amazing! The floor plan is wide open with the kitchen , living room and dining. The kitchen has so much room, we had 8 people working on Thanksgiving dinner prep and there was room for everyone to work comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy. The property is very tastefully decorated and there are many high end touches throughout. It was a wonderful experience and the location in the marina is great. Easy walking distance to a walking trail along the beach. Perfect, perfect, perfect!
