This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with wood like floors throughout the whole home! Large spacious home that is pet friendly! Located right across the street from the ocean!

Walk into this amazing home that has a lockout on the first floor, with the first bedroom, a living room and kitchenette. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV!

Head up the stairs to the main level of this beach house. Be greeted by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful high beamed ceilings. The living room has the most comfortable couch you could imagine, a fireplace to warm up by after a long day at the beach, and a flat screen TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy ocean views right from the dining table that seats up to eight people! The kitchen is open and spacious, with an island that provides additional bar seating for three. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware and a keurig coffee maker.

Down the hallway is second and third bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have two additional queen beds.

On the third floor is the master suite. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an additional seating area and a Flat screen TV. Enjoy ocean views from the master suite and patio!

Three Flat screen TVs in the home, all with streaming, not cable or landline in property.
Kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker so please bring your favorite K-cups!
Home is dog friendly!! $150 Pet fee per pet. No cats.
Charcoal Grill available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed several days at Hollywood Beach and found it to be the perfect place for us. The layout is fantastic ā€“ a first floor bedroom, thatā€™s basically a one-bedroom apartment unto itself right off the entry and main staircase. Up the flight of stairs is a large great room with high ceilings, roomy and fully stocked kitchen and dining table for 8, plus a high bar. The two bedrooms just off the great room were perfect and the upstairs master suite was wonderful. The rooftop deck as the perfect early morning yoga space (I just used a towel.), afternoon sunbathing, or evening winddown. The beach is an easy walk across the street to the public access and we walked for miles each day. The place is wonderfully located ā€“ two blocks from a fantastic farmerā€™s market, Ventura beach and activities just to the north, and great restaurants, stores, and things to do within 10 minutes. The hosts were very responsive and supportive with clear instructions and periodic check ins. The place was clean and well-prepared ā€“ just as advertised.

Fathers/sons

There were three families on this trip, fathers and adult sons. One of our requirements was that each person got his own bed, hard to find for seven adults. This property was perfect for us. Wires got crossed a bit with check-in instructions, but the rest of our stay was excellent. The place was clean and neat, and exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Ocean side dream!

This house was perfect. Everything we needed, and not overwhelming with the demands of the guest on check out. Empty trash, reset to the way it was. Very easy, and stress free. It felt like a comfortable home. Everyone had a wonderful time and I look forward to renting this property again!

Cozy home so close to the beach!

We loved our stay here! The living room was our favorite spot to hang out with everyone. Very cozy couch and the fireplace was great for the colder nights. There is so much space in this house. There were only 4 of us so the downstairs kind of went unused but would be perfect for an extra family if youā€™re traveling with serval. Communication with the property management was easy and great. Loved the little tar removal kit downstairs as some of us did get a little tar on our feet from the sand. Only complaint was that the outdoor areas werenā€™t very clean and the furniture is definitely worn and not whatā€™s in the photos so we opted to just have our meals inside. Couple of the beds werenā€™t very comfortable but that is all according to preference. We loved how many towels/sheets there were available and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The location is wonderful and although there isnā€™t much of a ocean view, being only three houses from one of the beach openings was so so nice!

Amazing Location

Very clean and complete space in incredibly beautiful surroundings! Quiet neighborhood, half a block from the beach. There were lots of stars visible on a clear night. Walking distance to Sunday Farmerā€™s Market! Plenty of space and comfy bedding for everyone. Well-stocked and modern kitchen for preparing a meal, including both a pod-style coffee machine and a large-capacity drip machine. 3 parking spaces. Please note that the top-floor bedroom has its own bathroom, which must be accessed through the bedroom. The other 2 full bathrooms are accessible by all. The host had a few important but brief guidelines as well as suggestions for nearby restaurants and such. Our guest had a wonderful experience here, and we believe you will enjoy it as well!

Lovely Beach House Just Steps From The Beach

Home was very comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy. We stayed here to celebrate a 60th and 65th birthday with our families. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Upper deck was lovely for everyone to sit and visit. Easy walk to the harbor to enjoy the farmers market and restaurant's. Lovely vacation home.

Great beach house!

Clean, close to the beach (easy 1 minute walk), walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a nice coffee shop. We had 4 kids aged 7-12 and 6 adults and there was more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

Some of the pluses include, very clean, across the street from the beach and walking distance to harbor (great place to walk, see sea lions), multi-level home with a great layout making it feel spacious; bathrooms on each level; light and bright, ample towels, ping-pong table, pet-friendly, responsive management company.Things that could be improved include, new listing photos (the ocean view is gone w/the new construction), dining chairs and kitchen barstools are very hard and uncomfortable, the 2 living room chairs are high style but low comfort, sheets are microfiber and don't breathe, no window coverings in the living/dining area, very thin window coverings in the bedrooms offering little light filtration for those who want to sleep in after sunrise, and the light over the ping pong table is very dim (there may have been another one, but it didn't turn on). Overall, this is a good value for a pet-friendly beach rental.

Lovely beach house

Our family of five plus a grandmother and dog had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is greatā€”seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmersā€™ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels.

Bright and Spacious

We were very pleased with all facets of the property and itā€™s a wonderful place to host friends and family. Our only complaints were that the trash can outside was already half full when we arrived which didnā€™t leave much room to add additional trash. Also, be sure to bring your own water and ice as the filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator does not provide filtered water. The gas range also has to be serviced as the front right burner knob appears to be stripped and is difficult to tell when the gas is off. Our only other complaint is that there were no paper towels and only 3 rolls of toilet paper, so be sure to bring your own. Small complaints in an otherwise very nice and comfortable property. The beds are very comfortable and towels and linens are very soft. Would definitely stay here again!

The house layout is great so families can gather on the middle level and have privacy on the top or bottom rooms. Top level with jacuzzi bath was a nice place to relax. The house had all we needed for cooking large meals and a good selection of beach toys and gear. Driveway can fit three cars and garage fits two more. Farmers market down the street is so fun to explore. Would stay again.
