This house has excellent Wi-Fi and internet allowing for multiple (consecutive) zoom calls etc. There are plenty of separate areas for everyone's privacy.

The main level with 9 ft ceilings and open floor plan, includes well stocked newly remodeled kitchen, large table for dining (seats 8) and comfortable living area. Sip you coffee or tea at the large kitchen peninsula with seating for 4. The over sized great room has cathedral ceiling and skylights with room enough for your ping pong tournament. Bedroom #1 with a full bed is off the kitchen.

The upper level features a large very bright and cheery primary bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling, 2 skylights, a huge walk through closet and full bath with Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom is bright in the morning! Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and plenty of closet space share the second full bath. They can remain dark in the morning for guests that like to sleep in later.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a lovely outdoor shower or relax by the pool while grilling out on the deck. The large in-ground pool is beautifully maintained at a comfortable temperature. It remains open June through September and possibly longer weather permitting. No Dogs in the pool or pool area. The shed is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and pool toys. Kitchen and Bathrooms are stocked with paper goods to get you started. (A clean sponge, soap, a roll of paper towels and Trash Bags in the kitchen and 2 rolls TP in each bath to get you started)

The garage is vacant but not included in short term reservations.
It can be included with long term reservations in the winter.
The basement is also vacant but not included in the rental.
