The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks for the beach. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while sitting on the beachfront balcony.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk from this unit. The resort offers a sky bridge that makes walking to the beach easy and safe. The resort also has a rooftop pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. Dine at the resorts Royal Palm and enjoy views of the beach while dining. Find that perfect beach souvenir at one of the local beach stores or head over The Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Construction notice: Surfside Resort will be undergoing construction from 11/9/20 - 2/28/2021. There will be special parking and entry rules in effect during this time. Please call the building front desk directly prior to arrival for parking and entry instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Worked!!

The view was great, the house was great minus some set backs, we ran out of TP and paper towels. We stayed 4 nights with 7 guest.

Great views but terrible sleeping bed

It was a great view and we enjoyed our stay but for the price we paid the master bed should have a way better mattress. It kinda felt like sleeping on an air mattress at one point my wife asked if it was an air mattress. It wasnā€™t but the bed is airy and felt like one. Thatā€™s my only disappointment with this room. Everything else was great but the bed was awful.

Perfect view

We stayed here July 2024. The view was perfection. From the kitchen and living areas, it looks like you are on top of the ocean. The balcony is huge and is accessible from living, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Only downsides were on one TV the sound was weird. There was also a pile of dirty towels left by the washer. Someone must have forgotten to pick them up. The rest of the condo was very clean. I just washed the dirty towels when we got there. There were plenty of clean towels already. The pool is nice. Elevators were rather slow, but it was very busy, lots of people.

The views were the best weā€™ve ever had renting a condo at Surfside. The furnishings throughout the condo were beautiful & not overly accessorized allowing plenty of space to put things on dressers & tables!! The open living room space that was so relaxing again with amazing views!! The huge master shower was heaven!! The heating/air was comfortable in each setting when the storms & windier weather came through. All the appliances worked properly. The only critical issue thing I could say is the 2 guest bed mattresses were extremely hard & didnā€™t give good restful sleep. My son wound up on the couch for 3 nights. All in all - was an amazing condo that we hope to reserve again!!!

Most disappointing condo for us in 30 years

On arrival we noticed how old and unclean the condo looked with. We realized it had not ever been updated and really needed painting to ever look clean. The kitchen faucet jerked and sounded like a jack hammer when turned on. The kitchen was poorly stocked with several items like insufficient flatware,no pot holders, etc. the next morning we found a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink that had been left to drip into a pan that was about to overflow This and many other things were expressed to the agents on site and also customer service personnel off site. After 4 days the pipe and faucet was repaired. On arrival we went to store and got all paper and plastic plates, cups, bowls and utensils to use. The 3 day I found dishes in the dishwasher that had been left from previous guests or owners which explained some of the kitchen deficits, Especially silverware. We asked to be relocated by the 3rd day and it was supposedly being considered while they were getting around to fixing some things but no one would ever call me back. I finally got tired of calling the local agents and customer service and kept cleaning and just putting up with the situation. We seriously considered going back home 3 days early because the beds were super soft and uncomfortable. When we rented this place the pictures and description looked really nice and said itā€™s anew listing so we wrongfully assumed this place was nice and updated for a rental. What were we thinking? We had stayed at surfside years ago and it was nice. We will never return to surfside since who knows what it will be like and Vacasa will never be an option either as their customer service was not good at all. I was never given a reply from anyone. When I called them many times I felt like I was really bothering them and they would always say they would get to the bottom of the problem and call me back. It never happened.

Beautiful Gulf Views

The view was breathtaking! House was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and was a perfect location to everything in the area. My only feedback is maybe some nonstick pans. And the elevators are a total pain to deal with because there are only 2 for the whole building and 1 was out most of our trip. Staff was great, restaurant was wonderful and bar was awesome!

The view and the beach is awesome, the place unit 802, is a rat hole. Dirty, smelly and outdated, oh and the unit does not have its own wifi network, instead you need to connect to other units wifi which is very unreliable from room to room within the unit..

Amazing views

Although the main restroom was rather small and the linens werenā€™t the best. The view from each room was breathtaking. The location of the room made up for all the small issues. There was a leak out side my door so carpet stayed extremely wet and maintenance did not make it out during my stay. So we stepped over the puddle the whole weekend.

Beautiful view! Spacious condo!

Surfside 802 was a perfect condo for our family. Lots of space to be together or have alone time; 2 spacious bathrooms and plenty counter space in kitchen. Balcony was huge with plenty of chairs. Love the location to shopping and restaurants. Elevators are a little slow but not too bad. View of ocean and sunset was amazing!

Seriously needs updating and kitchen needs stocking with basics. Like filter in refrigerator. Pot holders. Blender. Just cleaned up.

needs updated and some small things fixed

The sink in the kitchen has a drip under it were there was just a pan put there to fix it. The apt looks like it could use some updating like its from the 80s in the bathrooms. The water pressure was kinda poor in the showers. And the mattress in the master bedroom sinks when you lay on it. There were some drawers in the kitchen that were missing or fell apart when you opened it. I mean we weren't there much but some of those things were just kind of an eye sore. Other wise the view was outstanding and the place was cleaned well before we were there. The staff was really good about asking if we needed towels or anything.

Great views, could use some updates & more elevators

The property is in a great location. It is an older property that has been updated to an extent inside and out. Only having two elevators made for lengthy wait times. Bathrooms were spacious but dated. Views were priceless! Beach chairs were first come, first serve which was frustrating because people would go at 6:30am and put towels in most of the front row chairs. I would rather pay to know where my chairs/umberella would be. One of the TV's didn't work and phone call was not returned during stay. Otherwise, fun week!
