Create the perfect family getaway surrounded by extraordinary mountain scenery and plenty to do in and around the home! Play the day away with a large selection of indoor and outdoor activities, relax in your own private hot tub or have a family barbecue around the warm glow of the outdoor fire pit, and enjoy the amazing amenities that Paradise Village has to offer!

This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom private townhome can accommodate up to 14 people with a king bed, 50" HD Samsung TV, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and large bathtub in the master suite; a king bed, 42" HD Samsung TV, private bathroom, and private balcony with mountain views in the second suite; two double bunk beds, an X-Box One with two controllers and four games, and private bathroom in the third suite; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. We do not offer cable, but each Tv is HD Samsung TV

Located in Paradise Village at Zion over in Santa Clara, this home has extremely quick access to the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more! Looking for a bite to eat? We recommend dining at The Adobe Icebox Grill where you can get a great burger, crispy fries, a leafy salad, frozen yogurt, and conveniently located about 5 minutes from Paradise Village!

Great Place to stay and enjoy St George and surrounding area

The home was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Pools where nice and everything we wanted to do was 30 mins or less away. Zion is only an hour away! We will be staying here again.

LOVE THIS PLACE

We LOVED our stay! This is just close enough to everything busy in St. George but secluded enough to feel like you're in a private place. We loved our house, the service, cleanliness, directions, hot tub, and pool! We will be back for sure!!

Great house for family vacation

This was a great place to stay. Close to many golf courses and the pool was great for the kids. Only a short walk from the house to the kids pool. The house was very clean wish we could have spent more time down there. Would definitely book this place again.

AMAZING!!!

The house was beautiful! The kids has a blast in the pools and in the hot tub at the house. Conveniently located near Snow Canyon. We enjoyed using the BBQ for burgers and the fire pit for S'mores! Spacious and comfortable! We'll definitely be back! The owners of the house are wonderful and caring people who have decorated the place so nicely!

Wonderful stay

Communication with Red Sands was excellent. The house was just as described. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cookware, dishes, dish towels and utensils. Beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels for baths and pool. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a lot, but the cover needs replacing since it is disintegrating and drops lots plastic bits in the water which seem to be clogging the jets.

Great Home! A new favorite

Loved the home. Extremely clean, like new. So nice to have a private hot tub. The fire pit looked fun, but it was too hot to use it. We will be back when it cools off and we will try it then. My favorite featured was the full size pebble ice maker in the kitchen LOL. Loved making my own “Swig” type drinks. So fun. Perfect size for two couples and their children with the two master rooms and the large bunk room. Will definitely stay here again. New favorite. Community pools, water slides, and lazy river also a blast.

The layout was great for our needs and loved having our own hot tub. I also thought checkin/out was very easy via email and text. I was disappointed in the cleanliness and repair of the home. There seemed to be stains on furniture, lamp shades and throw pillows. There were two lights burned out in the kitchen, on/off button missing on the remote and 1/2 bath toilet was leaking. Several of the dishes, cups and silverware had food or fingerprints stuck on them which led me to put most things in the dishwasher before use. The main floor was very dirty when we arrived and I contacted property management to have it cleaned. They were very quick to respond and remedy the situation. Overall I found it difficult to fully relax when questioning if things were clean.

Good stay But. . . .

The location was great. Very close to pools. But the property itself was very disappointing. The house was not clean. Dirty floors including lots of hair on floor of bathroom. The washing machine made us nervous. It sounded as though it was going to blow up. The house seemed to not be maintained very well. The dining table had something stuck to it that was sticky and it seemed to have been there for a while.

So much space and plenty of beds for everyone. The heated floors were amazing and everyone enjoyed the hot tub!

Spacious and stock with everything you might need

We had an amazing time at this spacious and well stocked condo. Felt like a new home and lots of room for everyone. The out door space and extras entertainment options provided for the family was terrific and the heated pool was really nice too. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Property

This is a beautiful home that we really enjoyed staying in. It is a very new home and had everything we needed. It is just down the street from a Harmon's Grocery Store and a few restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed unit.

This unit is exactly as shown in the photographs, has a great layout and a well appointed kitchen for cooking during your stay. The scooters, wagon and ping pong table were fun additions to have to use during out stay. On site amenities (pool, waterpark) are great, there are not enough chairs /loungers at all to accommodate the amount of people during the day, especially on a holiday weekend. Harmon's grocer is very close by and a wonderful store. There are many things to do within a 30 min. drive. Initial communication with property manager BEFORE booking was quick and helpful. Three messages sent just before our stay and on our check in date were never replied to.
