The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen. The unit features all new plank style flooring throughout. Beautiful tile can be found in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms.

With coastal, stream-lined colors and décor, the living area features a 55" Smart TV, Blu Ray player, plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding door to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, front loading washer and dryer and an adjacent dining table that seats 6.

**Building 2 Exterior Staircase Repair**
Beginning November 1, we will start repairs on the exterior staircase located closest to the Health Club at Building 2. We plan for this project to be completed by February 2027

This project will involve sandblasting and welding, which will generate loud noises during working hours. Guests and owners should avoid parking in the immediate area, as debris may be present during construction. The work area will be clearly marked and restricted for safety purposes

**Phase 2 of the Paver Project**
We anticipate beginning Phase II of our paver replacement project in November or December, with overall completion targeted for early January.

Work will focus on the sidewalk area extending from Building 2 to the Health Club. This section will be temporarily closed during construction, and alternate pedestrian routes will be available during the project.
