This fabulous 5th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa is located in Palmetto Dunes. *HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.
