This beautiful home is literally steps to the pristine white sandy beaches of the gulf - less than a minute walk at most, with spectacular water views from the main deck.
The charming neighborhood of crystal beach features white picket fences and brick sidewalks throughout. Decorated in coastal boho cottage chic with a quintessential "beachy" vibe. Stainless steel appliances with full kitchen. Open concept dining and living space. Huge wrap around open porches on both levels with plenty of furniture to accommodate outdoor relaxation.. watching the ocean with the gulf breeze on your face.

This beach home features 3 bedrooms: Master with king bed and en-suite bathroom on first level;
Second master on main with king bed, day bed + trundle (sleeps 2) and ensuite bathroom:
Third bedroom with Queen bed, as well as a bunk bed twin over twin (sleeps 2) and en-suite bathroom. Additional half bathroom in main living area as well.

This impeccably maintained coastal community boasts a beautiful community swimming pool for guests and residents only.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for guest use, as well as a high chair and pack n play for our younger guests. Proximity to the beach (literally a 30 sec walk) makes an afternoon nap for the kids or a quick run to the house for lunch super convenient!

Located in the heart of Destin, you are just minutes from the best shopping (Destin Commons, Outlets at Miramar), and tons of restaurants including amazing waterfront dining (BoShamps, Brotulas).
Camille's café and restaurant is just a few steps away on the corner and is an awesome spot with live music most afternoons. Right adjacent is a beach gear rental shop if you're looking to rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more! There are tons of activities nearby for kids such as The Waterfront, mini golf, water parks etc. Parasailing, jet skiing and deep sea fishing charters are also close nearby.

We have family members with severe allergies to pets. Our NO PETS rule is pretty strict for this reason.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.
