Well appointed home with plenty of space for our family. It was a nice and comfortable home, with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring Kauai. Both the outdoor spaces were enjoyable areas to spend time in the morning and evening.

A beautiful house, so well equipped. Highly recommend for a family stay. We had Christmas here, and Liz even had a Christmas tree up for us!! Plenty of towels, great washing machine & dryer. Fantastic neighbourhood. Liz was very responsive and helpful

This property is a true gem! Location, sleeping spaces/rooms, kitchen, the yard is incredible, outdoor shower with a view of the mountains, and the neighborhood are all just perfect. Communication was excellent as well. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Beautiful Kauai

We loved our time and loved this property! Eating on the patio, walking to and snorkeling at Sea Lodge beach, hiking the Kalalau Trail, and more! This property had so many amenities and a great location. Highly recommend!

A Place for Five

It was fun staying in a Hawaiian house in a real neighborhood. We loved the location. The house was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable for the five of us. While we were there we enjoyed hiking, snorkeling at a few different beaches, dining out, visiting farmers markets and the nearby town of Princeville. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Amazing Princeville Experience

My mother, brother, husband and I stayed at the the property for a week. We walked and rode the bikes to beaches, used the snorkel equipment, had picnics on the beaches and sat on the lanai (a lot!), reading, playing games and eating. It is a wonderful site to base out of to explore the North Shore! I would give it a 6/5 if I could! Liz was amazing, responsive, helpful. The best that I have worked with so far!

Perfect family home!

The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of town. The neighbors were welcoming and helpful! We spent two weeks here and it was everything we’d hoped it would be. Mahalo!

Beautiful stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in Kauai. It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. The outdoor area was perfect to relax in. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed walking in the evenings. All around, a great place to stay and enjoy Kauai!

Wonderful place

Great house for our family of 4, enough room to spread out but still cozy. Kitchen has everything you need, fans (and trade winds) keep the place cool, and it’s within easy walking/biking distance to several nice beaches and Princeville Center restaurants/shopping. Quiet and relaxing!

This was a wonderful place.

The home was fully stocked with all the amenities, especially the kitchen. The location was perfect and was in walking distance to Queens Bath and the beach. I would choose this again without reservation.

Lovely home and a wonderful setting

We have a nice time at this beautiful home in the perfect setting. We were in walking distance to Foodland, Queen's Bath and golf. The home was clean, well maintained, and just the right size for the 4 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Our stay was perfect

The owner took care of my questions plus much more. The property worked for us just right. We tried everything we could fit in a week. Don't miss the shaved ice or the holo holo tour of the Napoli coast. We hope to visit again.

Loved the house! The amenities and location were great. It was beautifully decorated and had all we needed. Beds were comfortable and the extras like beach gear, bikes, movies, seasoning and activity guides were well appreciated. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was so easy to communicate with and offered great advice on local areas to check out! The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! The location was absolutly perfect with so many "must see" places within walking distance! We were really sad to leave and plan on visiting and staying here in the future! =)

Just perfect!

My husband and I have 4 little kids and found this home to be a perfect fit for us! The location is awesome, just minutes from awesome beaches! It was also awesome to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards that the home offered! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and quiet home away from home!

This home is very convenient for a stay on the North Shore with a view of the mountains and a peek at the ocean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen nicely equipped for simple food preparations. We enjoyed the walks to the beach and the cliff view. Liz communicates well and responded quickly to our questions. This is a great value for a family or small group, with plenty of privacy.

Comfy, clean, and fun!

We spent a week in Kauai and found the house to be perfect for our family. It was well stocked with fun beach toys that really enhanced our stay ( the yellow boogie board will have a special place in our family history since our four year old fell in love with boogie boarding on it :) . The kitchen had everything you could want and more and the overall feel of the place was warm and welcoming . Liz was super helpful and we can't wait to come back!

Great Kaua'i Getaway

The pictures don't do the house justice, great location, very nice house and good sized rooms. You're close to beaches, pickle ball courts, stores, and eateries. Well equipped kitchen to eat in and grill also. Lots of beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes to get around in. Definitely will use again!! Barbara

My husband and I fell in love with Kauai in 1995 and decided to buy a home to retire here. The area is great for hiking, kayaking, every kind of water sport, biking and has a very nice community feeling. Princeville has everything you need; shopping, restaurants, beaches, library, parks, bike paths and a great group of residents! Once we are ready to retire we will make it our home!
