For your enjoyment you’ll find: • Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, • Freshly laundered & towels (1 hand and 1 bath per person) & tea towels, • Welcome pack & local guide to benefit your stay.
For your convenience you’ll find: • Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, washing up liquid, • Washing machine (inc. fabric softener) tablets, • Essential arrival supplies – toilet (2 rolls) & kitchen towel papers.
Additional beds & linens: When reserving this apartment for two (2) people the booking fees include the linens & towels (2 per person = 4 towels) for the double bed in the bedroom.
If you require two (2) separate beds for the 2 people staying in the apartment (bedroom double bed + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee to pay for the 2nd bed linens.
If you are three (3) people we provide 2 double beds, (bedroom double bed, living double sofa bed). These are included in the booking price.
Our Apartment: The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is not all inclusive. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them. If you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.
Please ask for more details as we can arrange these in advance of your arrival.
The dimensions are, inside - 550sq feet (50sq mtrs) & back garden - 120sq feet (11sq mtrs).
The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.
I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The key safe area is monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.
We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.
Guest Access: The apartment located West Kensington, is on the lower ground floor and was redecorated in 2024. Access is through a private front door from the Street, which leads you directly into the apartment. We have a night light for those arriving after dark
There are six steps from street level to the apartment front door. So those with disabilities, arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage may find the apartment does not suit you. Please ask me for more information before booking.
Once inside access to all room is on same level, apart from the bedroom to the kitchen, which has one step down. There are six steps from the patio area outside the kitchen up into the garden.
The apartment has a shower unit, which has one low step to enter.
Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests. The key safe and front door are monitored by CCTV for your security. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit.
Guests Interaction: My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details, how to get to the apartment when you arrive in London and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.
On arrival I can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.
The morning after arrival: The morning after you arrive, I will email you to check all is well, all is set up as you requested and ask if you have any questions for me.
Attending the apartment: During your stay Maddy or I may need to attend the apartment (change light bulb, fix toilet, check a fixture or fitting, et al). This rarely happens. We will provide you with 24hrs notice, only enter when you are there and do so between the hours 09h30 – 18h30. Unless you request a time outside of this.
Emergencies: In the case of emergencies, we or the emergencies services will enter the apartment immediately with a little disturbance as possible. We will make every effort possible to contact you first
Medium & long stay booking – mid stay service: For guests booking for 10 nights are more we will provide a mid-stay clean during stay, after night seven (7). The mid-stay clean will take place during the day (10h00–18h00). This is a pre-requisite for stays of 10 nights or more. This is a complimentary service, which we provide for you.
Contacting me: During your stay do contact us at any time if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the safe. Our Housekeeper will arrive on or around 11h00 to undertake our check-out requirements. We’ll contact if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you. Please have a safe onward journey.
Très important: Please remember parties or gathering are not permitted. Our security team will enter the apartment, if needs be, to stop them.
Other Things to Note: The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. I really don’t mind.

Just got back from a 9 day stay at Andrew’s garden apartment. The home was cleaner than clean. It lacked for nothing. My sister and I are 80 and 79. We felt totally safe on the streets day or night. The tube was on strike which ment only bus rides. While waiting at the bus stops we meet many of the people in the neighborhood.people were friendly and fun. I would also recommend the apartment to guests with young children because the private garden is ]very safe to play in.if I ever return Andrew will be the first person I call.

This was a very comfortable place with everything one might need. The area is vibrant but family friendly and quiet at night. The back garden was a bonus. There was plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit close to the centre of London.

I cannot tell you how lovely it was to stay at Andrews flat! He is a wonderful host who has details provided for everything during your stay. He is very quick to respond and just the nicest host. Our stay at 68 Bramber was great! The location is perfect, just a short distance to central London, and a quick walk to grocery stores, shopping & pubs!. The flat was perfectly sized for us, and our host was very responsive to any issues we encountered - once we communicated with him. Amazing stay!
We had an amazing 5 night stay! Andrew is a thoughtful and gracious host, and he provided extra touches that made us feel welcome and comfortable.
The location is lovely, safe, and close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. We used the West Brompton station, a pleasant ten minute walk away, to travel into London. It was nice to be able to retreat to quiet surroundings after being in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Michele & her son recently stayed in my self contained Fulham apartment. They were great guests to host, were really easy to communicate with and they really made great use of my apartment.
I rented, as always, the entire apartment out to them. They looked after it, all its content and returned it as they found it. A host can ask for no more.
I will be delighted and very welcoming if they book in with me again. I highly recommend them as guests to any host.

Great little flat in Fulham
Just as described in a great little neighbourhood. Park across the street was handy with kids. We were happy to get out of the busy downtown and wish we had more time to explore Fulham during our stay. Proprietor was very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. No complaints!

Good neighborhood. Close to restaurants & tube. Clean and comfortable unit
Liked everything except the iron gate was sometimes a challenge and would not like to try to open them in a rush if there were to be a fire...

Amazing hist
We traveled through 4 countries and stayed in numerous homes. The organization and communication in this home was stellar. He contacted us well in advance so we had details and did not need to stress before we got there. He has an amazing welcome packet with all the necessary details. Very helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful back patio.

Perfect Place for a London Stay
Wonderful stay in a quiet part of central London. Easy access to Underground, buses, etc. Andrew is a consummate host and truly cares for your welfare. All is clean inside and items are labelled if you need hair dryer, etc...we loved it here and enjoyed it very much. PS the patio is lovely if you like sitting outside...clean and accessible for a nice place to sit in the morning for coffee or in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay and memorable time in London! Great Experience
Andrew was a great host. He was easy to communicate with. He always responded promptly to our questions. The apartment was very clean, functional and very convenient-- close to tube stations, markets, and restaurants. Andrew provided so much information ahead of time to make sure we had a good experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

In 2010 I moved to Brussels to live & work. Today I spend my time between the two cities and where possible other locations.
I love the concept of fully furnished rental apartment where you walk in the door and everything is at hand as you would expect in your own home.
I pride myself in providing high quality furnished accommodation to non business and business people who are on the move. I have spent a lot of my working time travelling and know that branded accommodation become mundane after a while.

Growing up in Dublin, Ireland could hardly be considered the as the prime motivator for wanting to live and own a property in Fulham. From an early age I had a found affection for the area whether it was University Boat Race, The Chelsea Flower Show, Fulham FC or the Riverside walks I cannot say or remember. However, when to opportunity presented itself I jumped in with both feet to buy and live in this smashing location.
The apartment, located minutes from the River Thames and Putney Bridge where the University Boat Race starts has its own private entrance and even a little garden! It a short walk to Putney, Hammersmith, Fulham, Bishops Park, which is ideal for the kids to play in and of course Central London and the City are on its doorstep for those with pressing retail therapy and business matters to attend to. Simplicity in itself!

The apartment is located in SW London and it's within walking distance of many of London's famous sights, from the River Thames to High Street Kensington to Holland Park to Notting Hill Gate to Portobello Road to Hyde Park to London's luxurious Kings Road.
The Albert Hall, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London's theatre land and the City of London are but 15-20 minutes by tube.
There are lots of shops in Fulham and the best grocery stores nearby are the co-op (5 minute walk) North End Road fruit & vegetable market (5 minute walk), Tesco's (10 minute walk) or Marks & Spencer (10 minute walk) in Fulham Broadway.
Fulham Road, Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith Riverside & Kensington High Street have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes. For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on High Street Kensington & the King's Road if you'd rather not go to the West End.
For those who enjoy walking there is a fantastic walk along the Thames River from Riverside Restaurant up to and across Hammersmith Bridge, down to Putney Bridge and back again to the Riverside Restaurant for perhaps a well-deserved meal. Along the route you'll pass by Riverside Studios, Harrods Depository, London Wetland Nature Reserve, Bishops Park & Fulham FC.
For the Premier League loving football fans the apartment is located approximately equal distance between Chelsea & Fulham FC (15 minute walk) but far enough away that you are not troubled by the noise or the marching army of fans making their way to and from the ground. Arsenal FC can be reached via the Piccadilly Line, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
